[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride-on vehicle. My kids love it! It took them a few minutes to get the hang of leaning to turn, but once they did they were riding around with ease. I feel like the product is put together very well. My kids have been riding it around for a few weeks now and it is holding up great. I love how compact it is and how easy it is to take to grandma's house or hang on the wall to store it. The only thing I would change is the flag on the back. My kids just kept taking it out (it may need to be there for a safety requirement). Overall, I'm very impressed and my kids won't stop riding it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh how the summer has seemed longer than ever! We ran out of ideas to keep two small kids entertained by August so when we received this ride on toy from the Stellar Panel we were so excited! I was probably more excited than my kids if we’re being honest. I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old and both run on crazy energy. This really helped keep them entertained for hours on end. This black and red motorized ride on was so easy to use, it was already pre assembled, we only needed to put the flag on and connect the battery and it was ready to use. It definitely goes faster than I thought a child’s toy would go but I’m glad my kid’s are always ready with helmets so the fast speed was a fun exciting discovery. It’s not too fast to where I am concerned about letting them use it, it just came as a surprise. It take a few minutes to learn to use so we had to read the directions and explain it to the kids but after a few tries they were zooming past us. We’re lucky enough to be able to use Papa’s cul-de-sac to try these fun toys without worrying about cars flying past. The kids had so much fun they played until the sun went down. The 4 year old fit better in the toy than the 6 year old but he was still able to ride it just fine, he just looked bigger in it and it seemed like because he was heavier he was having trouble keeping it balanced but that might’ve been a learning curve. Overall they really enjoyed it. We have charged the battery a full 24hrs as instructed and has lasted 3 days of playtime. The only con I can think of is that I wish we had two but with Christmas around the corner this will definitely go on the list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as part of the stellar product testing panel - and the excitement at the house as soon as it arrived was palpable. My 7 and 4 year old kids were thrilled by how it looked and felt and the promise of drifting and speeding around a parking lot. The reality didn’t quite live up to the fantasy, but it was still lots of fun. First - it’s not really that fast. It’s probably more like 4 mph vs the 7 that we thought. Which is still fun and probably a lot safer given the leaning mechanics. Second - the battery is a champ. The kids were tired before the battery ran out, which is always the litmus. Third - there’s a sweet spot age of around 5-6. My seven year old son loved it and was doing tricks, but it felt like he was weighing it down (he weighs about 65 pounds). My four year old (who weighs 35 lbs) didn’t quite grasp the steering as well, but did go faster. So somewhere in the middle seems ideal. Fourth - the leaning steering mechanics and skateboard ancestry are lots of fun. It’s well built and sturdy so kids have confidence. The skateboard style wheels do great on pavement and sidewalks, but it is not a grass or off-road toy at all. Overall it’s really fun. The kids are all smiles when we take it out, and they can’t stop asking about going again, so I think that says it all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What fun! The speed is fast but safe. The low to the ground speed as a kid has to be so fun for them. They smiled and enjoyed every minute while riding it! The flag helps every parent take a deep breath and know that they can be seen. You definitely need a big area to try and let them learn and drive this toy. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the pedal that handles the throttle is at a challenging angle and is hard for them to be consistently fast and not jerky. The steering on the toy is also challenging but I think the kids needed to get a hang of it. Thank you to the Stellar Panel for letting us try this toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 weeks of my 4 year old constantly go out to ride, I can confidently say that this has been a hit with my kids! It was easy to assemble, is nice and compact (great for transporting it to the park or Grandma and Grandpa’s house), and didn’t take long for my kids to be comfortable driving/operating themselves. I’ll be curious to see how it grows with him as he gets taller. We received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ride on vehicle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have two toddlers, 3 & 4. It took them a couple of tries to stay balanced but once they got the hang of it, they were having so much fun! Everyday after school they beg to go outside and play with their "Nayhawk" This is a great portable ride on, it weighs nothing and doesn't take up much space. The charge lasts a long time, and it actually charges pretty quickly as well (compared to other ride ons). Once I saw how much fun they were having I recommended it to my sister who's son is turning 3 soon so hopefully he has as much fun as my two boys did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! This ride on toy has been so much fun for our two girls (Ages 4 and 3). They have been scared to ride other cars and bikes in the past so I was initially nervous that they weren’t even going to give this a try. I think because it is low to the ground it is less intimidating to them. They literally wake up in the morning asking to ride it before school. I love that it balances back and forth as I really think this will help our older daughter when riding a bike without training wheels. My daughters love how easy it is for them to carry and that they don’t need our help to get it outside. We love how slim it is compared to the big bulky cars we have and it stores easy on the hanging rack in our garage. I would love to see this in pink and purple. My daughters would love racing in it if we added one more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let several neighborhood kids ages 5 to 11 try the Nighthawk and they all loved it once they got used to how it operates. The lean steering was tricky for about half the children and took them several attempts to figure it out. My 7 year old struggled but my 5 year old did not so I guess it just has to do with the child. The gas pedal is a little hard to use especially if the foot is on the larger side. The battery on this is great we have never had it run out while using it. I like that it stops almost instantly when the foot comes off the gas pedal, great safety feature. It also stores easily since it’s relatively flat and is also pretty lightweight. You should have access to a large paved outdoor area to ride this as it is definitely not and indoor toy. Overall this is a super fun toy that the kids always ask to play with. I received mine through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride on vehicle. This Nighthawk is amazing! When my 5 and 3 year old kiddos first saw this waiting for them in the driveway, they couldn’t stop screaming with excitement. The sheer look of it is soooo cool! It took my 5 year old about 10mins to get comfortable riding and get her balance. She was a little worried she might tip over, but after I showed how it has support wheels on each side to make sure it didn’t tip over, she was good. The leaning to turn feature is very easy to learn and works great. We’ve had some play dates, and all the kids we’ve let use it have asked their parents to buy them one! Overall, I think this is an awesome product, and my kiddos ask to ride on it every morning as soon as they wake up. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid was so excited to ride the Nighthawk, she couldn't wait to get started. The instructions say that you have to charge it for 24 hours before first use, but my husband said that was unnecessary and my kid was so excited when we showed her the box, so we didn't wait. Nothing bad seems to have happened, but I wish the instructions would say why we have to charge it before use or just not make the warning seem so important (there was a separate sheet with a warning and it was in the instructions) if it isn't. My 5 year old had a little trouble at the start because she wasn't comfortable with the speed and didn't want to push the button with her foot down all the way. As she got more comfortable, she held it down more and and started working on steering too. Within an hour, she was going a short distance without much trouble. Though she still doesn't have the steering down pat, she seems to enjoy the challenge and just loves riding on this new toy. She's asked to ride it daily so far! The slightly older and younger neighbor kids saw her riding this on the first day and wanted to join in on the fun. They both had the same struggles with not being comfortable holding down the button to go at first and I wish it had better speed control so they could start off a little slower at first. Everybody that laid eyes on it was curious and interested; I think it's going to be popular with her friends. I like that it is smaller and lighter than I expected, so it's easy to pick up move around (e.g. take it over to the other side of the street). Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel letting us try this awesome product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this ride on vehicle. We received the Rollplay Nighthawk Bolt 12 volt Ride On in black and out of the box it looks like a really nice and fun ride on! Before using, I was a little weary of my son (4 years old) tipping off the Nighthawk, but he had no such issues. At first, he had a little trouble pushing the pedal, but in less than a minute he was cruising around on the driveway. He was turning and doing figure 8s and loving every second off it. I think his favorite was chasing dad around the driveway. He never even had a scare of tipping over, just lot of fun riding around on the driveway. It was pretty light, so it was easy to pick up and store in the garage once he was done using it. At first glance, it appeared that my son would have issues tipping off, but he never had any issues with that. If I had to change one thing about the Nighthawk, the foot pedal could be a little easier to push, at first my son had trouble pressing it so it was a little herky jerky at first, but he figured it out pretty quickly.

It doesn’t go as fast as he had hoped but it is still a good time around the backyard and neighborhood. We received the Nighthawk as part of the stellar product testing panel and were happy to review it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have been having a blast riding the Rollplay Nighthawk Bolt. There is definitely a learning curve to being able to ride. My younger son who is more physically active figured it out in 10 minutes. My son who struggles a bit more with coordination took a little longer to learn but eventually he got the hang of it. I actually think it's great that this ride on toy gives him the opportunity to work on his balance, body awareness, and movement coordination. My younger son in the picture is 41 inches tall, so you can get a sense of a how taller kids might fit in this. This little thing goes fast!! And it definitely takes some practice to steer. Definitely make sure kids are wearing protective gear! And make sure the kids have plenty of open space when they ride it. It comes with a charger that you just plug into the wall to charge. I like that you just plug it in, instead of having to remove the battery to charge. It takes 8-10 hours for the battery to fully recharge. It's pretty compact and not too heavy, so it's easy to transport and store. I received this item as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I can tell that this is going to be a favorite outdoor toy with my kids for a long time to come. They've already spent a ton of time taking turns riding it and we've had lots of laughs as a family. It would be fun to get another one for the kids to race each other.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this Nighthawk bolt and it quenches her need for speed. Not gonna lie, I wish there was an adult version. It’s easy to use, compact and easy to store. However, it goes pretty fast (esp for a 5 yr old) so only on closed roads and with helmet. I received this product through stellar product testing program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first our daughter was a little hesitant, but once she figured it out she absolutely loves the Nighthawk! It’s been so fun to watch what the kids do with it-obstacle courses and races have become the new favorite game. Loved how easy it is to get set up- just add the flag and the charger is quick. We also appreciate that it’s light and not too bulky. I do wish they would add a lower speed setting but overall highly recommend. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nighthawk Bolt is a fun electric ride-on toy for ages 4 years old and up and can go up to 4 mph. Setup out of the box was quick. The directions were clear on charging the first time and once a month. The Nighthawk Bolt has a very sleek design and is fairly compact for storing. My 4 yo kiddo loved the idea of the Nighthawk but could not get the hang of it at first. There is no brake pedal so it took a while for my kid to understand how to stop. It also took a while for my kid to understand how to lean-to-turn in order to steer. After some time, she was able to ride! This would be easier to learn for an older kid. I recommend a tutorial video for my kid to watch before using it the first time. I received this ride on vehicle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an awesome product for a confident kid who has a need for speed! The design of this ride-on was solid. Nothing to put together, very sturdy, looks sleek, and compact enough to store anywhere as well as take to the park. My 4.5 year old thought it looked super cool and was eager to ride it! I think it would be easily ridden by a 5/6 year old. However, I'd make a few tweaks for the 4/5 year old group, even though my son was physically big enough to ride it. Currently, there is only a single speed. Two speed options would be great to lessen the learning curve. Secondly, I would make the side wheels for the "lean to steer" adjustable in height. When my son was trying to ride it, the extreme lean scared him and he just couldn't work up the confidence to master it. So overall it's a great product but I'd either make some adjustments or raise the minimum age to 5. I know he'll go crazy for it in the future! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting us try out this awesome motorized ride-on!

My daughter loved the speed and how easy it was to learn how to use. She was able to learn how to use it the first time she tried it and now she really enjoys riding it through our neighborhood. As a parent, my favorite feature is the sleek design and how compact it is. It is extremely easy to store in our garage and it doesn’t take up much space. TheI also enjoy that it’s rechargeable! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this ride-on as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This happens to be our second Nighthawk so our 4-year-old was familiar with the unique riding style of this ride-on. Our 6-year-old rides his Nighthawk (not the Bolt) non-stop and loves it, and so does every friend that comes over (including parents). Right out of the box this thing looks sleek and the black body with red trim looks really nice. The handles feel sturdy and the drive wheel looks ready to peel out. Our first impression was that it was considerably slower than we expected but that was compared to the larger Nighthawk. This is the Bolt and is best for ages 4-5. It would be too slow for a 6-year-old. The Bolt also rides a bit higher and does not have a brake pedal, probably because of the slower speed. When asked, my 4-year-old likes that it doesn't go so fast. Our kids ride every day and love driving around in circles together. The seat pops up easily to access the battery for daily charging, which we do, even though it has yet to run out after hours of riding. I would like to see a way for this ride-on to take up less space while being stored and charging. If it stood vertically somehow, that would be awesome. All in all, this is one of the coolest toys the kids have and well worth the hours and hours of entertainment.
