RoomMates Faux Grasscloth Blue Peel and Stick Wallpaper: Removable Vinyl, Geometric Abstract, 28.18 Sq Ft Coverage

The product is easier than traditional pre-pasted wall coverings. No drippy gooey mess either. Applied to accent an area in 20 YO house near kitchen island that was painted gray with strong blue notes. Product allowed me to realign as I worked up narrow section of wall or around security system mount, outlet and switch. Wondering where I’ll paper next.

Granted this is peel and stick wallpaper but I was expecting something a bit better from York. This grass cloth wallpaper looked as if someone took a photo and copied it onto peel and stick plain wallpaper. Pretty awful. I would never hang this product.

I purchased 3 rolls of this paper in the summer of 2023 for my bathroom. The result is magnificent and the quality of the product is excellent. In January 2024, I purchased 3 more rolls of this paint paper for the master bedroom. Unfortunately, this time the result was catastrophic. The quality of the paper is no longer the same. The paper doesn't stick well and there are air bubbles everywhere. I am very disappointed with the result, I wasted a lot of time and a lot of money. I would like to be reimbursed but it's difficult when the paper is already cut! Can you assume your responsibilities by offering me a solution or compensation? This is not the first time I have purchased your products but this time could well be the last!

I put this on my accent wall in my daughter’s new room and it looks horrific. The colors do not match even after purchasing five rolls manufactured on the same day and purchased at the same time. I am out the money spent on the wallpaper and the labor to install it. This wallpaper needs to be removed from the website.

One roll should have been enough to finish the small kitchenette wall I wanted to cover but the paper kept getting stuck together and then would tear when I pulled it apart. I went back to the store to buy a second roll, I would have bought more but they only had one in stock. I had more trouble with the second roll than the first and wasted more of the paper from it tearing again. So far I've gone through two rolls and it looks like I'm going to need two more to complete the original project. It's kind of a gimmick if you keep having to buy more. And it's obvious when you have more than one roll next to another, the colors don't match exactly.

THRILLED w this particular RoomMate product!!! Stuck sooo well to a slightly textured wall in Master Bath & I tested it for months of steamy showers…doesn’t budge or shift!!! My textured wall shows thru just a bit but the grasscloth textured look compliments it! Easy & so forgiving to work with if any patch repairs. BEWARE that ssme dye lot # is a plus!!! The tolls can vary even fm side to side but if u get same dyelots, roll thrm out side by side to see any minor OR major differences. U can see the seams on some of my walls but even real grasscloth does that (and real stuff is soooo expensive & not WASHABLE!). I wd ask the company to put grid marks on backing paper to make cutting & hanging plumb easier! With arrows to distinguish tops vs bottom of rolls. Easy to get confused with small pieces. Even tho I hung w all repeats matched up…u can cheat slightly w this style!!! Make sure rolls are sticky & not yellowed!!! Old rolls of peel & stick start bto lose their adhesion. Very easy to pull off over & over without compromising wall or paper stickyness!!! 5 stars!!!! If u use a lighter color, best to skim coat out the lumps bumps of a textured wall. But So far 3 months of love & saved $ doing myself!!!

I used 4 rolls on a 8'H x 7'W accent wall. The color in each roll is totally different (some rolls are darker, while other rolls are lighter). It has nothing to do with the lighting. When I compared samples from each roll in various lighting (outside, inside, evening, daylight, etc) it was obvious. I lined up the pattern exactly & it still looks inconsistent. The 'repeat pattern' doesn't line up & the color variations in each roll clearly show the seems. I've attached pictures as examples.

I use a small alcove as a spot in my place to make my video business calls. I wanted something that would make it look professional and would look after a lot of thought I chose this wallpaper and I am so glad I did! I put it up with a friend in 2 hours and it looks amazing! Easiest DIY ever!

I installed Faux Grasscloth in black in my bathroom and it looks wonderful - very much like the real thing without the maintenance/upkeep/room considerations of actual grasscloth. It was easy to apply but I did have a few issues with corners peeling down - that definitely could have been my fault though as I'm not sure I prepped the wall adequately enough. Overall, this is a great product!

Didn’t stick to the wall at all!! The wall can’t have any texture on it fir this to work. Read The fine print!

I didn't realize the wallpaper was "faux" grasscloth. I'm looking for something with texture.

Relatively easy to apply to walls but unlike traditional paste wall paper this product does not move its static to the touch. So for tricky areas you need to correctly measure and cut piece.

i have gotten so many compliments on my wall so far with the grasscloth peel & stick wallpaper! It was extremely easy to apply, and since it is such a texturized pattern it did not matter if the lines matched up, its what makes it look so unique! I ordered 4 rolls to cover the wall which left me with a little bit extra in case I want to cover anything else in my apartment.

...is it what I would say if I didn’t have to go to work or cook dinner or feed my cat, because this wallpaper seriously makes me want to never leave my bedroom. I’ve installed quite a few wallpaper projects, and this self-adhesive stuff is sooooo much easier than the mucky pasty way of doing it. I had used self-adhesive stuff way back when there were, like, two patterns in the whole world, and it had always looked kind of cheap, but the stuff that’s out now is not only cheap-and-easy, but is of top quality and sophistication! The grasscloth looks super-realistic (although the paper is in no way textured, it still looks textured just by the nature of the pattern), and the matching was beyond easy, primarily because there is no need for matching a grasscloth. Anyways, here’s a pic of the fabulous feature wall. I’ve blurred out any racy parts from the artwork, just in case y’all think I have random pictures of the color “light sienna” on my wall.

Loved the quality of the sample paper. Ordering enough to do our powder room.
