I brought the Rowenta travel iron for my trip to NYC. I have never liked the irons provided in hotels. The iron worked great it iron as good or better than a standard size iron. I was very pleased with this iron and highly recommend it.

I love this little iron...has a ton of steam holes, is light weight and is a work horse. Having said that my first one lasted for 4 years, my second one for a year the third one for a week which I got a replacement for and that one and the replacemnt have issues with the turn knob that controls functions. The first one would NOT work hence the return..the second one was so difficult to turn that I had to have my husband move it into the steam section of the control. I had decided that if this one dies within a year...I am not goint to buy another.Your custmer service stinks. You can NOT talk to a person no matter what...I am a quilter...like many women and the control turn knob is so tight that it's almost impossible to turn...I have recommended to friends and they love it too but lately not so much..with all the recent control turn know issues

I used this iron when I traveled to Europe and it was all I needed to take care of clothing. It was like having a regular sized iron.

I’ve used a Rowenta iron for many years and have been happy with its performance. This mini iron just doesn’t show the quality I’d come tp expect from Rowenta. I’m disapppointed.

Only reason I bought this is because a friend of mine has one and said the water isn't in the iron, it's in the handle. I was always getting white stuff on my clothes when steaming with my old Rowenta or any other iron I tried. I guess it's mineral deposits. This Rowenta so far does not spit out white stuff on my clothes. I wish it got hotter.

I purchased this iron for ironing seams as I sew and it has saved lots of effort to put up the big ironing board. I love my big Rowenta as it holds more water for stem, but the smaller version is great for ironing as you sew.
Perfect for a quilt retreat!

I bought this iron to use at a quilt retreat I was attending. Wish I would have bought it years ago! Perfect size to use on a small ironing board at my table!

This is my fourth one of this same iron. It is the best iron for sewing and quilting. The narrow nose gets into small spaces, the many steam holes in the stainless steel sole plate are wonderful. It heats up quickly. It holds a fair amount of water. It can be used internationally. It glides smoothly. My only complaint, is that the handle will eventually break. This has happened to all of the other three I have owned. Redesign that problem and it would be the perfect, and I do mean perfect, iron.

This iron does not skimp, has features a larger iron has and is easy to travel with. Have you ever had clothes washed/ironed in a hotel in Europe? Might as well buy new.

I like the compact portable nature of the product. However the vertical steam function is entirely missing. Despite it saying "vertical steam" on everything including the iron itself, when I push the steam button, nothing happens at all. It does nothing when vertical or horizontal. I have tried turning the steam off then back on and still nothing. Is mine defective? Feedback from the company would be appreciated.

I returned this item for a refund. First time using it seemed ideal as to size ans ability until it fell onto a heavily carpeted floor. After that, whenever I would press a seam the handle would click inti place, the hinge mechanism was altered though not totally broken, I could drop an egg onto these carpets without a crack, yet my new rowenta was broken.
