This is the worst cooler I have ever purchased. Every time the handle is moved it pops out the hole on the side of the cooler and has scratched the cooler a lot. It has done this straight out of the box.

Just bought a second one with personalization for basketball team! (My dad took my other one and claimed it). Great product. Just wish the 20 qt had a small basket option to keep maybe a few sandwiches in or crustables.

These types of coolers are just too heavy for no reason. The handle is too thin and it springs out of the pivot point easily. The lid seal does not seal very well on this cooler.

Love the cooler but not so much the handle. Really have to hang on to the cooler to shift handle in and out of place. Great sized cooler for smaller storage needs and much more portable than my 52. Handle concern is the only reason for the 4 stars vs 5.

The ice chest is great. But the custom graphic on top looks terrible. I submitted a brand and your graphic guy couldn’t even clean up the edges. So now I have a black brand with white spots around the edge.

I've never used rtic coolers before, I have a 30oz tumbler that I love. Keeps my coffee hot from 6am-10am. However this new rtic 20 cooler i got, doesn't seem to keep ice. I put ice in my cooler around 7am, and at around 930am all the ice had melted. It's 65° today.
