We have had this cooler for 4 years and the zipper has come apart many times until it has finally broken. It is difficult to zip and unzip. Is well insulted but wouldn't buy again. After spending that much money I would expect it to last longer than 4 years.

The design of the lid ensures that your items will melt, quickly. The insulation on the lid is short so that when you use the zipper and close the lid the lid insulation does not make contact with the wall insulation, thereby leaving a gap around the entire lid under the zipper.

It was great the 5 times I used in the past 18m but now the zipper has broken. The back area split and the zipper came off. For only using it less then 6 times this is a fail for quality.

We have had our cooler for three maybe four years but we only use it 2-3 months when we are in Florida. It stays in an air conditioned closet the rest of the time. We use the zipper lubricant and even with that, the zipper has failed. It separates on the starter side. Disappointed as it was costly and it worked great for us on the boat. Lighter weight and well insulated. No leaking of ice.

Useless - after only a few times. The zipper is complete garbage. After researching, I've found MANY others have the same issue and have needed to replace with alternate brands. Do not waset your money on this product, unless they improve the quality.

Love the cooler. Holds ice, keep everything cold all day and then some. Zipper was hard to open and close despite using the supplied lube. The zipper finally completely failed. I went to file a warranty claim and it was 5 days past the one year mark.

I bought this last January, hardly used it and the zipper won’t work! This is the 2nd one with the same issue. Went on line for assistance but the warranty is only for 1 year so I can’t get any help with this. Very disappointed, and will not buy another one again.

Always a struggle to close and open. Over time rubber gets caught in zipper and now just don’t work at all. Would be one thing if they fixed but out of warranty. I wouldn’t buy again.
