We got this 30 can cooler for Christmas and haven't used it yet so, it's really hard to give it a real rating yet. That's why I only gave it 4 stars. From people I know that have this brand, I'm sure it will be a 5 star when we start using it.

Am a fan of RTIC but soft side not so much . Came with zipper wax to which I applied and zipper was still so stiff that we ultimately pushed the top in breaking the seams. While trying to use the cooler . Then you stack it in the corner of your shop to collect dust while real life gets in the way.

This is our most favorite cooler and it holds lots of food and drinks. Because of Rtic we survived without electricity for 8 days after Hurricane Beryl! We used the cooler a few times and it tore back by the zipper and back flap. This is our third cooler and have never had issues. I fell this cooler is defective and will be returning for a new one.
