Very nice cooler! We are boaters, and a black cooler full of ice and beer on a boat in the sun all day never made sense to me. Can’t wait to use the new white one and see if there’s a difference. Hoping keeping it clean won’t be difficult.

My family loves these coolers. It’s the only thing we use on the beach for drinks. Everything is always ice cold no matter the weather. My only complaint is I can see where the Ivory will get scuffed/stained easily, but that was my own color choice so I’m not too worried about it. Worth it.

I love my new cooler. Do wish I could’ve gotten more color choices. This is nice to have riding in the car with me on a road or day trips. Although when full can be quite heavy. Definitely like this size better than the 20 can, it can hold much more.

Cooler worked well, but did not last. Even with Generous zipper lubrication, the zipper fails to close the cooler anymore. everything else is fine. Zipper failure is terminal, so I wasted my $$ on the RTIC soft Cooler.

The zipper will break right around 1 year and then they company will not take care of you. They know about the issue and have made no changes over the years. There is no way to fix the zipper and you will be stuck with a bucket. Be warned I have been down this road for the last time with RTIC their warranty sucks.

Bought this cooler and used it less than 10 times before we started having trouble with the zipper. At this point we’ve likely used to about 15 times and the zipper will not open or close properly. Despite the fact we’ve used the cooler so few times it’s out of warranty and the only place it can go is in the trash. Would have been easier to take the money we spent and throw it directly into a trash can.

I bought the 30 Can Sized Cooler in 2016 and still use it to this day. It gets used mostly for travel carrying iced down food. The cooler itself is still as good today as when I first bought it. I had to use the lube for the zipper one time, but overall, it still keeps everything cold. The ice typically holds for at least two full days. By day three it is melting, but not completely.

I have purchased two of these two different sizes and I have never been so disappointed in My life, they do not hold ice even following the RTIC guidelines just very very disappointed in the quality. I paid a lot of money for these little coolers and they don’t do what they say they do.

Had this cooler for several years. No major wear & tear & would still be a functioning cooler if the metal zipper slide could be replaced. Now all it's good for is the trash bin. I hope RTIC considers long term sustainability as an adjustment to their business model, so people could continue to use their products with minor repair options available in the future. Time well spent on all the other aspects of the design, up until a basic fastener failure leaves the product useless.

I own a few rtic items including a hard cooler which I love but this cooler is defective the first one I bought was difficult to open even though I lubed it when needed it still was hard eventually the zipper came of the track and wouldn’t go back on so they replaced it and the same thing happened to the new one.I would not recommend to buy this cooler
