Worried about zipper wear and tear
I like the cooler, I am however already worried about the wear and tear on the cooler zipper top. It’s very tough to unzip and unless you unzip the entire way you risk damaging the cooler. Our guest have unzipped the cooler and pulled the lid open but because the zipper wasn’t entirely unzipped they pried the top open, using the top of the cooler to help unzip it. I fear it’s going to be damaged soon. In the future it would be nice to make the soft cooler zippers a bit different

Great size and color!
Love the size and color of my new 20 can soft side cooler! The personalization I had added turned out sweet too. Only taking it down a star because I can barely unzip it. Hoping this loosens up before the zipper pull breaks.

Bought because it is the exact size of the rear seat in our “Speed El Jefe” UTV. We just fill it up and seat belt it in to the rear seat,kept ice for 3 days on the last ride.

Will be a gift
I purchased this for my father who has been borrowing my cheap soft sided cooler. I have a large hard side cooler from this brand and it keeps things cold incredibly well! I opened the box to inspect and the cooler looks great. The colors are great for dad and this cooler can take a beating being tossed around in the garage. Dad won’t be doing any boating trip but if I do, I’ll be borrowing his cooler for a change!!!

RTIC cooler? More like RTIC freezer!
I fill the bottom with frozen water bottles and put my cold stuff in. Then, I put a row of frozen water bottles on top and then all of my non cold items on top. EVERYTHING FREEZES. Hummus, lunch meat, cheese, dip - FROZEN! DO NOT buy this cooler if you want hot food, warm food, or even cold food. If it is not solid, it will FREEZE!
