I bought these for a move. I thought being Rubbermade, they would be sturdy, but out of the 6, 3 ended up with broken handles. Very disappointing. I have bought Rubbermade containers always.

I store them on the bottom of my coat closet, and it’s a perfect use for that small space. In addition, I like that they’re in containers since I use them to rotate seasonal shoes.

I stored close to $800 worth of my restock of household essentials, OTC meds, first aid items, contact necessities, and more. The container is very sturdy even with all of the items inside. The lid locks down easily and securely. When picking it up, it is not flimsy at all, yet it is easy to carry even with all of the items inside, which weigh probably at least 40 pounds. When stacking the containers, the bottom one does not sag under the weight of the top container. I recommend these containers, which would also be great for moving to keep your items organized.

Honestly, these are perfect for just about any small items…toys, art supplies, that junk drawer you’ve been avoiding. Just buy them. Unfortunately, these bins work fine, but are very average. The latches are a bit flimsy and make it difficult to close, the containers do not nestle securely, and the walls of container are angled, which lessens the space and makes it less efficient overall.

They are a great size and even fit bulky sandals. They stack up nicely and have really come in handy. 10/10 recommend for storing shoes or any other items.

Two of the best features are that they have four wheels each, and the lids are made so you can open them half-way so you don't have to pull the whole tote out from under the bed.
