Like many of the other reviews, I find this product poorly designed, rather fragile. I used the brush for 15-20 minutes, and now the scrubber is work when any pressure. is applied. The scrubber rattles and makes a ton of noise, but no scrubbing happens.

Works great when it works however it only works a few minutes, then it quits. Sometimes even only 30 seconds. If you play around with it for 15 or 20 minutes you might get it to work but again, just a minute or 2. Really disappointed.

I was very excited to get this appliance, but have been completely underwhelmed by its performance. It doesn’t have enough power to clean my grout. It keeps stopping when I put any pressure on it. Can only be used for very small jobs.

Recently, I bought the Power Scrubber 18-piece kit. The tool works fine so far, but I am disappointed that I cannot find replacement parts, particularly the blue non-scratch scrubber pads. The brushes will eventually need to be replaced too, and the only one I can find online is the grout brush. It's frustrating to invest in a product only to discover that essential replacement parts are not readily available. I had high hopes for this kit, and while it performs well initially, the lack of support for maintaining the tool's functionality over time is a significant drawback. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue by making replacement parts more accessible to customers.

And the fact that it comes with so many versatile tips for so many different uses of surfaces is amazing, I absolutely love that! I haven’t used it long enough yet to know how long the battery lasts, but it is a very strong scrubber. It is a little noisey but that doesn’t bother me one bit. Overall it’s an amazing useful tool for our household! Dishes, counters, grout, mirrors.. It can literally clean so many different surfaces. I love it!!

Let me tell you, I’ve tried them all to clean the small areas on my tub and sink, but the other tools were OKAY. This one by Rubbermaid is 10/10. We have sliding shower doors so grime always get stuck in the smallest of cracks. This is wonderful doing the job. I love the different size adapter pieces. It cleans beautifully!!!! It serves the same purpose like an electrical toothpaste, but instead of teeth it’s for facets, knobs, etc.

It works well but I do have to apply pressure to get those tough areas. I wish the smaller heads rotated instead of vibrate. In the end it works well and I enjoy using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the original Rubbermaid Scrubber for years, loving how it acts almost like a big electric toothbrush. The thicker bristles are strong enough to scrape out what most sponges can’t and allow you to clean grout on floor tile and shower tile (and many other places, these are just where I use most). The 18-piece expansion pack is awesome, allowing for more versatility with an already great product! The pads that come with it simply Velcro on for easy installation and removal, and all the other pieces twist on. It is battery powered, but one charge last for several cleanings; I can’t remember the last time I changed mine!

I started cleaning the kitchen and then the living-room and doors and the car too I used it. With it having different heads to change out to the use is crazy. I would recommend this 20/10

The rubber grout tip works amazing and is probably what I would always use with this. I tried the big brush but the speed of the wand decreases so it’s not very powerful compared to the smaller version I already had. The scrub pads are slower as well but seem to polish things well. By far the grout brush is the best and worth purchasing.
