Q: I put on fridge, been great. One day opened & strap broke, I have both mounts stuck on fridge. Pretty secure, suggestions help to remove or loosen adhesive without causing damage.
A: Hi Sueanne, great question. We would recommend using a blow-dryer to slightly heat the adhesive then use dental floss to break the seal.

Q: Will this work on a Samsung Fridge Model Number: RF28HMEDBSR? French Doors, Middle Drawer and Freezer? Given I buy (4). Or would the size capacity have me doubling these locks on the drawers?
A: Hello. The lock needs to be mounted to a non-mobile base on one end and the door/drawer on the other end. One lock should be enough per drawer/door

Q: Can I use this on my trash can that goes to the curb?
A: Hello. As long as the surface has been properly cleaned, the strap should work on a trash can. Please be advised, the strap is meant to be a deterrent for children, so if an adult applied full force, they may be able to open or damage the lock.
