A: Hello. This unit has 120V and US plug. If you could find an adapter with the appropriate voltage converter, it should be fine.

Q: Does this steamer work at all angles? The text says it does, but one of the reviewers says it is "horizontal only."

A: Hi! This hand held steamer works best when used vertically, in an up and down motion. It is not recommended for use in a downward pointing position. Hope you enjoy your steamer and let us know if you have any further questions.

Q: Is it safe to leave plugged in after turned off? I did so today and it felt very warm to the touch.

A: Thank you for your inquiry about the SALAV HS-04/T Quicksteam Handheld Steamer. We recommend to unplug the unit after use to prolong the life of your steamer. Even when an appliance is off, there's still a little bit of electricity that flows through it, that's why it's best to unplug it when not in use. A: Thank you for your inquiry about SALAV HS-04 Quicksteam Handheld Garment Steamer. We highly recommend using distilled water to prolong the life of any steamer. The HS-04 Quicksteam Handheld Garment Steamer is not dual voltage. It's 120V only. Please use a voltage converter/transformer when using in a different country with different voltage to prevent the unit from breaking.

Honestly best steamer. Works fast!!! And takes out wrinkles right away. I’ve had other steamers in the past and this is way better product! I truly recommend buying. I told all my coworkers who use irons they need to switch- it’s fast & efficient!!

Do not buy this! We are avid steamers. The steam is weak. We have had other handheld steamers and they work SO much better than this. Plus, this hardly holds any water AND it doesn’t have an off/on button like the better ones. So if you set this one down to adjust your clothes it still blows steam. And to power it off you have to unplug it which is a pain because we like keep ours plugged in and just power them off. Better ones have a pause button as well that still keeps it hot but stops the steam. Truly, three of us tried this one and all of us hate it. I strongly recommend buying another one with better features.

The button in the middle of the unit is both the power button and the steam setting button. If you slide the button to the bottom, the steamer will be on but it won't produce any steam. If you push it to the middle, it will be in LOW steam mode. And if you push it to the top, it will be in the HIGH steam mode. Pros: Not as heavy as other steamers Heats quickly Actually does remove wrinkles 2 steam settings Comes with small brush attachment Comes nicely packaged & includes a storage bag for steamer Easy to handle/easy instructions Cons: -Small water reservoir -According to instructions you should NOT turn off the steamer if water is still inside, but let it continue to steam until water has run out -Possibly a bit heavy for some(check the weight) Pictures: The dress is 100% polyester. I tried to get good pictures of the wrinkles before steaming, but it did AMAZING at getting those wrinkles out. The jean shorts were freshly washed/air dried so pretty wrinkled. The steamer did a really good job of knocking most of them out! This is one of those “thicker” jean materials, so if you had a thinner jean then you should be good!

I do not like ironing so was looking for an easy way to remove wrinkles but also very fast as well. I am still surprised at how fast this steamer heats up in seconds. The water reservoir area is quite small so it requires refilling often and the weight of it is moderate but not over heavy. I haven’t had it for long enough to determine it’s longevity though so I’m giving it a 4 till it proves itself.

I had a issue with my order hence the low star, feels more like I'm reviewing a used product-was sent an item that had multiple signs of use. I needed it asap and couldn't wait for Target's required ship back before a new one could be sent to me from Canada. The item in itself is light in weight compared to many other clothing steamers. It heats up incredible fast (feels like within 10 seconds or less). The tube that sits in the water though was positioned off (not sure if that's the intended placement or if it was from the person who previously used it) so when the reservoir was still half full it stopped producing steam-that was frustrating. I tweaked that part so the tube runs all the way down. I feel a bit hesitant in how this will last long term. The constructions seems okay (body of the steamer, the cord and the water reservoir, and the text on the outside appears weakly applied. The only reason I would not recommend is because if anything is wrong with the one someone receives- the process to get the replacement is too long.

The cord is a great length making it easy to move around. The steam comes out perfectly with no heavy dripping. I use this steamed frequently because it’s so easy to use. LOVE it!!

It is very light weight and thus easy to use. It is designed nicely , my hand does not feel tired after doing this. Also I got lovely pink color. It has helped me iron some tuff linen tshirts as well. It works really nicely. All the parts are very high quality. I highly recommend this steam iron.
