Bought this as I'm having such bad problems with my nails from splitting and breaking off, to not getting all makes of nail varnish not staying on some for less than an hour so after reading the reviews I thought I would try this from Sally Hansen before giving up and going to false ones. I was so hopeful that this would work, I followed all the instructions used as a base coat and then nail varnish and then as a top coat. That was last night, and then by 11 am this morning , I noticed that one nail was totally void of nail varnish. No chips, but the whole nail varnish had come off at 1 go. So again, another one that won't for some reason won't stay on my nails. Totally gutted considering the reviews. The look was fabulous, nice and shiny, and I so hoped that it would work.

I used as base and top coat with a nail polish color in between. I was really surprised that I got a whole weeks worth of last. That’s more than the more expensive brand I usually use.  I also really liked the brush. It was easy to put on with just one or two strokes the drying time was faster than my usual brand also within a couple minutes.

Dries very quickly, easy to apply & gives a great shine with or without polish. I use on its own for added strength to prevent chipping or breaking a nail. Great product.

Great product.. It goes on really nice. It doesn’t last very long as a topcoat. I experience chipping fairly quickly with regular nail polish. But with gel it is pretty good.

Sally Hansen Double Duty Base and Top Coat is an excellent product. It evenly coats the nails adding a protective layer to avoid chipping of nail polish. I love this product because it is two products into one.

Sally Hanson is my favorite brand for nail polish so I was excited to try this. Will it is good and a good product for the price it is not amazing. Leaves a nice glossy shine to nails but I think it could be better when it comes to the chip resistance. Does take a little time to dry which is nice.

Really love this as a top coat mainly. I tend to do my own gel nails at home and sometimes I’ll use this for extra shine as opposed to wiping the residue leftover after curing. It dries fairly quickly and gives a nice layer of protection over my gel colour. It’s one of two top coats that are my go-to.

I love this product. I use it as a base coat and then I put it on the top for my top coat. It covers well. Makes my nail polish go on smooth and the top coat keeps it from chipping and breaking. The drying time is minimal. It is a great price and a great value. It is pretty much the usual scent of other nail polishes. This brand is my go to. I highly recommend it

Really adds a protective layer to the nail. Like a plastic film protection and stays there for a long time. If you want your nail polish to stay forever then add before and after. Bare nails will looks very nice by applying it alone

Was looking for extra protection for my nails after ruining them doing cheap home gel nails. Dry time was quick and seemed to last against chips. Price wasn't bad compared to similar products available.
