A: it is a little bit stretchier than the dimensions indicate on the bottom of package. so it covers slightly more area than that in my case anyways.

Bought these patches after I was in a accident and my target did not have or sell the bio freeze patches. Tried these out hoping they would help but didn't. They kept coming off and did not help my pain at all. Might as well of not put anything at all! Would not buy again.

I’ve used this brand for years! I swear by it. I have severe scoliosis and I lift heavy weights for fun!…lol On quad days, after the gym, I always painfully cramp. I do my water, supplements, electrolytes and stretching to minimize the cramps as much as possible, but they still do. I use these lidocaine ones now to help relieve the pain before it even starts. No, they don’t stay put the best, so I’ll usually put some leggings on to make sure they stay put through the night. Yes, they absolutely work. Apply DIRECTLY to the pain spot, NOT around/near it, it’ll never work…lol

Not sure where the poor reviews come in, first time using for lower back sciatica pain. Was very easy to apply (easy instructions). Sticky side and opposite side feels somewhat like soft gauze or felt. Feels like you can stretch if needed. Wore for about 10 minutes before I felt an immediate relief and could walk and bend without pain. Would use again.

These worked great for muscle pain in my leg. It was very easy to apply and stuck so well it was actually difficult to remove. Based on the other reviews I almost didn’t try them but I loved the unscented option and I had zero problems with application. I definitely recommend!

This product is virtually useless. I have now attempted to use three out of the six patches. All of them have been applied to completely dry skin and within three or four minutes, the edges of the patches will start peeling up and away from the skin. Pressing the patches back down works for a few seconds and then they inevitably will start peeling away from the skin again. Therefore, it's quite impossible to know if these patches offer any type of relief since they refuse to remain on the skin long enough to have any effect. I've used other branded patches in the past that have no issues whatsoever to remain on the skin. Decided to try Salonpas due to the incessant advertising of this brand. Will not be making that mistake again. These, unfortunately, were a complete waste of money.

Tried multiple patches thinking the first patch I used was defective but I still did not have any pain relief. Edges of the patch kept rolling up no matter how many times I readjusted. Overall did not like this product did not help with pain waste of money.

Didn’t like these at all. They are completely odor free, but there was zero pain relief, and the patch is very flimsy and gooey. There was a sticky white residue left on my skin after a few hours of application. I would not recommend.

Didn't stay on even though I made sure I followed directions exactly. I tried multiple patches and it's like they had no stickiness to adhere to skin. Only way it stuck was when I laid down with it on. Then I didn't feel any difference.
