Q: I have lower back and pain in both hip regions. How many patches can I use at one time?

A: I would start using one on each side of where you have the pain. I love this product. I have RA and it helps me a lot. As you use it you will be able to know if you need additional.
submitted bymarisol - 8 years agoA: I use as many as 8 of the small patches in an area. There's no limit really. I have used them for years. They are amazing. Salonpas also are available in large patches. One has lidocaine. I use those on old surgery areas & my neck or shoulder.
submitted byVBragg - 8 years agoA: They recommend just using one at a time, maybe the large one, but more or leaving them on past the eight hour time doesn't seem to be a problem. They helped my back and knee quite a bit for a while but it seems to eventually lose its effect over a lot of use. The lidocaine is very good but difficult to put on by oneself.

Q: I tried these a couple years ago on my knees but they fell off as soon as I stood up. Is their 'stickiness' better now? On tv, they advertise it is but that means very little.

I've used these intermittently on my low back and feet for years. They work extremely well and never have issues of them coming loose. I am allergic to many adhesives, even bandaids, but never a problem with these. I highly recommend this product.

These things are amazing, I felt almost instant relief as soon as I put them on! They are small so you need a lot to cover a large area, but there are 60 in the box. Not sure if they make bigger sizes. They stick really well for me. I saw alot of reviews saying they don't stick but mine stayed on all night and weren't even loose the next morning, I have to peel them off. It wasn't overly sticky either, just really good adhesion.

I like them for a few days, I felt like they were working well. Unfortunately I suffered a burn and was really surprised by that.. I don’t have sensitive skin . I actually borrow a few from my sister before I purchased them & she is extremely sensitive and allergic to most all products and she can use them . I still think it’s a great product.

These are so soothing. When my shoulders are tight or I've pulled a muscle, I use these often. The sensation after a few minutes is almost like you can feel them start to work, the menthol sinks in and just relaxes me. Love these little stickers!
