I bought this two months ago. It heats water quickly and registers the temperature as it cools. You can set the temperature for different teas.

Ridiculously slow bowling kettle. You could walk to the store and back and get a coffee before this thing boils. So I ordered a new one from another company and was forced to use this piece of crap while I wait and low and behold the power button just popped off, spring loaded and it won't go back on. So to add insult to the injury of the ridiculous, slow bowling kettle now it's broken after a few days. What a garbage company making garbage products. Shameful. Save your money.

Love the retro design of this kettle! it reminds me of the shape of other high end kettles for a fraction of the price, with variable temperature control! This is the ideal kettle especially since you are able to take the lid completely off for filling and cleaning

I’ve had mine for a while now and I love it. I use it to heat up water for my nasal rinse to get the water to the ideal temperature. I will say that I wish I could get it to the exact temperature, but this kettle goes by 10’s so I have to heat the water to 50 degrees and wait for it to cool down to 45 which is annoying especially if I miss the timing and have to start over again. But all in all it’s a great product.

I love 95% of things about this kettle. The design is cute and sleek, and having the little physical dial on the side for easy temperature control and access means that it should last much longer than kettles with buttons you press, which tend to flake off with use. I adore the easy-to-read temperature on the front of the kettle that lets me readily know whether I can still pour myself a cup of tea and have it come out well. However, the immediate thing you notice after boiling water isn't any of those; it's the harsh, chemical smell of heated plastic. I initially thought the problem was the filter in the spout, so I quickly removed it, before realizing the reek comes from the see-through window on the side of the kettle, which makes direct contact with the water. Now, the packaging advertises that this is BPA-free. That's nice, except studies have linked bisphenol alternatives to BPA to a whole host of health effects exactly as bad as BPA, and there's no way to tell what was used in this one. Between that and the chemical smell, I don't feel remotely safe drinking the water, and there's no way to *avoid* having the plastic make contact with your water while it's heating because it runs all the way up the side of the pitcher. Which means all those lovely features, and the clever design, mean absolutely nothing because the company prioritized a cutesy water level window over a safe product for consumers, and couldn't be bothered to up the product price to use tempered glass instead of plastic.
