This is an exact replacement of Samsung TV same size that the black screen of death. The new remote a Netflix button is used to the sleep button was in previous remote and there is Amazon Prime button instead of Guide button in previous remote.

No Bluetooth audio, no explanation of the ports on the back anywhere. Had to buy a 3rd party Bluetooth transmitters to connect remote sound system. There are obvious RCA connections that everyone has known about for years, but there are two RCA connections I find absolutely no explanation for which is maddening.

Also switching from antenna network to Samsung guide is very iffy and not reliable. For senior citizens like my self it becomes very frustrating! I would not recommend this TV anyone over 60.

The picture quality and colour depth of the Samsung was markedly superior, and we just returned the other TVs to their respective suppliers. I bought this N5300 to replace a Samsung 32 TV that I bought 12 years ago that stopped working. That TV was also a 1080p, but I can't figure out why an old Samsung TV from 12 years ago. Had a better picture than the N5300 I just purchased! I've tried adjusting the picture every way possible, movie, standard, dynamic, natural. I've adjusted the contrast, color, sharpness, brightness, and the picture still looks bad. If I didn't know any better I would say this is not a 1080p, but a 720p TV. That old Samsung TV, had a picture that was light years ahead of this Samsung N5300, and I dont understand why.

I had to hire my grandson to program it and setup the station list, teach me how to select shows, etc. I know I am an old fart but I have been programming tv setup since the days of the 12’ satellite dish. This one is not simple and the remote is equally obtuse

This is my second review. Picture and sound both good. I “solved” its serious deficiencies by installing a ROKU streaming device. Now I have Bluetooth (so I can use Air Pods) and Air Play works better. I shouldn’t have to install a third party device to make this unit whole.
