  • A: Unfortunately, our UN32M4500 did not come with the HULU app pre-installed, and neither Samsung hub nor the browser will find it to install it. This is a problem that many, many people have had with this model and a few other Samsungs. Hulu gives no resolution on their forums, and neither does Samsung. Great picture, decent TV, BUT touchy, complicated Samsung software and App compatibility.

    Picture is good and it steams well. I do get quite frustrated with the cluttered remote and the fact that Samsung autoplay keeps going even though I turned it off in settings. I HATE any autoplay! I would prefer the TV to start with a nice clear menu that I could customize. The app store has very few choices. I will deal with it but I wouldn't buy another.

    Legs dont hold the tv up

    There may be a nice tv, I never even turned it on because even with the screws tightened as much as possible the legs were wobbly. The tv is so top heavy that it leaned forward and I kept having to grab it to keep it from falling while I was putting the plug and HDMI cable in. This is definitely being returned immediately and I’ll buy something that is more stable and not so flimsily made.

    Hi JLS, Please know that the M4500 TV’s stand was solidly designed and extensively tested for stability, but there are a few things we’d like you to check: 1. Make sure the stand is correctly installed (all screws aligning, snug in place, etc.). Please also make sure you’ve installed the “R” labeled leg on the right, and “L” on the left. When the legs are inserted correctly, you’ll hear a slight “click” when they’re in place. 2. If you need more instruction, refer to the Quick Setup Guide for more help: [INSERT QSG] 3. Inspect the stand for any cracks, damage, or missing hardware. If your stand is correctly installed and it still seems crooked/wobbly, please reach Samsung Support and an agent will be happy to help.
