First, it's essential to find the right size ear tips. With the variety of sizes included, choosing the ones that snugly fit your ears will dramatically improve both comfort and audio quality. They should sit tightly without gaps to minimize sound leakage. Once you have the right tips, take a moment to check the directional markings on the earbuds. The “R” for the right earbud and “L” for the left are there to guide you. When putting them in, make sure the "R" is facing you for the right ear and the "L" for the left. For optimal comfort, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone faces toward your mouth instead of hanging down. This can also enhance sound pickup during calls. Don’t hesitate to rotate them gently until they feel just right. If you're still finding it tricky to get that perfect fit, we recommend using the earbud fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app. It provides personalized feedback to ensure you're getting the best sound experience.
