Bought these because i wanted earbuds that were in my budget and to say the least, i was not dissapointed. The ANC and the AS are excellent and the fit is very unique, with the right choice of buds and swtting thwir postion they sit perfectly. The one issue i have is that when i take them out of my ear they pause (which i really like) but when i put them back in, they dont play. This is the oy annoying part that is also in the buds 2 pro (my friend has them). IF samsung could do anything about this then these buds would be ELITE. But i think thats not a software thing so they cant ly just fix it through an update. Overall very pleased with the product

Terrible. Can wear these ear buds for 5 minutes and my ears get itchy and runny and stay like this for a couple of weeks. Samsung have said there isn't a problem even though there is a full thread on their forums with 100s of people with the same issue

I have been using this product for 2+ years now consistently Pros: work cohesively with Samsung phone or any other Android phones using the Galaxy wearable app, compact, convenient, long lasting battery initially and charge well in case Cons: charging issues: earbuds stopped getting charged by case after 2 years of use | my case only show green light (indicating full battery) when plugged in to charge, despite the battery level is definitely not full – there is no way to tell the case’s battery level |earbuds battery does not last through a long haul flight (initially last for around 5-6 hours of consistent use, after 2 years: only around 3-4 hours)| fitting issues: earbuds keep falling out of my ears while exercising (any forms from running, jumping, to pilates) despite trying all the different wing tips given in the kit, even when performing normal daily functions such as eating | earbuds fall out of the case if the case is accidentally falling onto the ground | would be nice if it is trackable | sound quality: average | noise cancelling function: does not work well, block out some noise but still let a lot through

The speaker of the left bud scratches the cartilage in my ear. I know this is probably my ear at fault and it would fit others fine but for me, it hurt so much that I've gone back to my old galaxy buds. While I was trying out the buds pro 2, I found music clarity great and noise cancelling was good too. On the downside, the ambient sound was very weird (didn't like it at all) and when I was going through a windy area with the ambient sound off, the whistling noise came through the buds. This didn't happen with my previous one. It's a shame, was really looking forward to the upgrade from my old buds!

One Ear Bud highly defective, super low volume

I have had the earbuds for just over a year, within months I noticed issues with sound, but nothing that stayed constant...soon after warranty ended, my left ear bud's volume is incredibly low, and barely can hear anything. I have followed cleaning instructions, and tried everything, and it never fixes issues. I'd never recommend spending these much for a high end brand ear buds that have issues like these. Very dissapointed!

I've had these ear buds for over a year, unfortunately the base.of them is too big for my.ear.amd they slip out constantly. The sound quality is always great so for those with large ears they might stay in but just be careful. I plan o.trading them in soon for a different samsung edition.

Falls out/hurt ears

All the spec doesn't matter when it doesn't stay put in my ear. I recently been doing more activities. This earbud is too big and hurts my ears. I tried changing the sizes. It still doesn't fit. I constantly had to fix and adjust it. It falls out. I move my mouth and the earbuds move around and falls out. Very disappointed. Of course I'm not longer in the window for an exhange/return.
