A: I bought this phone and there is a protection option you can add, don't remember what it was exactly. I bought this believing it was actually "unlocked", but it's for Verizon and can't use it, so I'll be returning it. Disappointing.

All information from my old Galaxy s20 to my beautiful new refurbished Galaxy s24 worked beautifully. All I had to have my provider do is transfer my phone number, and the phone works like a dream. Hope to keep this for a number of years.
