It's already broken, when you open it up, it switches off. When it works well it is fine but you can't really have a flip phone that only works if it stays as a candy at.

The battery life is terrible. I have missed out on important things because the phone has died down quickly. I charge it at night and it is 100% in the morning. By 9am, the battery is already less than 30%. I have to carry my charger everywhere I go and keep looking for sockets. Never experienced this in any phone before. I was going to report this. What can be done for me please. The battery life is not ok.

When the phone is working it's great, however it has been back to samsung for repairs 3 times now for different faults. The first time I had a problem with the screen going a funny colour at the fold line. The second time it turned its self off everytime it was folded. It is currently at Samsung now as its developed charging problems. Another small thing I found was that the paint work seemed to chip off in places even though it had never been dropped etc and was in a case.

Very pleased with my Z Flip4. Having a phone that is a full size smart phone that folds is extremely important for portability , pocket size, and especially for security, phone no longer on view for possible theft etc. Have been a Samsung phone user for many years and very pleased with my upgrade to the Z Flip4. Cannot fault.

Nothing! Within 24 hours the hinge started clicking, if I closed the phone, the screen would fail. I now have to keep it open at all times. When it's locked and open a line of light flashes through the middle of the screen.. and the screen is creased. All in all, shocking.. should never of made it to manufacturing.

Well it's not new but was newly repaired from a cracked screen down the fold. I really love the way it folds and operates. A little concerned it may well crack again after a year and a half.
