The apps are very responsive. The storage can be a bit limiting for apps in the TV itself. I also love the features of the tv remote phone app.

If the image is too dim for your liking, please try disabling some of the TV’s energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings Exclusive to OLED, you can also adjust the Peak Brightness setting between Off, Medium, or High to find the one that looks best to you. This function is also found under Expert Settings. Please also make sure you’ve got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great. Picture quality is the best I've ever owned. That's the end of the good news. The Smart features are a nightmare. The TV makes changes without confirming whether I want them. My wife and I are literally afraid to touch the wrong button on the remote for fear that we'll lose everything. We had a professional setup the TV. He was stumped. If this is the reality of AI, then we are in for a lot of trouble. None of this would be problematic if only the machine would ask us to confirm choices or changes. It doesn't and makes for a harrowing experience just trying to watch TV. Not what I bargained for at all.

I had other Samsung TVs in the past, in fact, all the TVs I've had for the past 13 years have been Samsung. Quality control must have fallen off.

It sure made set up process a lot simpler. For those individuals who like to tailor the view to their own desires, there are plenty of settings to help make their picture unique to them. Samsung has always provided me the most reliable TV, so I didn't even look at other manufacturers when I selected this TV.

Pleased with the TV so far but after hearing other users who had the TV longer than I did saying the s90d have been getting nerfed with updates to make newer models look significantly much better so I’m skeptical about future Samsung products . Also my TV had some production dust near HDMI ports like I can tell where the trimming was done so a minus for quality control but looks good to me so far. Samsung bring back the old service menu.
