This is my first saris bike rack the only thing so far is i have a 1-1/4 hitch and the lock set up bolt is to long and can possibly be cut off need too have 2 different lengths

This is my second unit. I bought the first one several months ago. A few days ago, I got rear ended by a hit and run driver. Pretty much made a mess out of the rack. Went right down to my dealer and bought another one. One suggestion on the design. You've put reflective tape on the wheel holders. However, when you put the carrier in the up position to store it away while on the car; the reflective tape goes away. You should put some more of the reflective tape on the bottom of the wheel holders, so it will still be visible when the carrier is up. Easy fix, but some folks might not notice this issue.

We use this lock as a secondary lock with the built in ones. Easy to weave and store. No complaints at all

We throw this on after a ride and before going in somewhere to eat. Its a great extra security to keep thieves away. In addition we use it once we're at camp to secure our bikes when we go for a hike. having them keyed alike to our rack makes having the right key easier!

Works as advertised - no issues so far.

My previous rack was a rooftop which required front wheel removal. A new vehicle ( Ford F-150 pickup) required a new rack (hitch).

The cable lock is easy to use and we keep it in the back seat of the car for easy install when traveling. A quick stop somewhere and this cable lock keeps it simple to secure your expensive bikes while making that run into the local merchants place. Having it keyed alike is the best feature. Less Keys needed!!!

I loop the cable to the saris bones cylinder and attach the other end with the lock at the bottom of prius car's tow eye.

I got one with my hitch kit lock and liked it so much, I got another one. Best thing, I can use the same key I got with my original kit!!!

Great Lock Works Well just would be nice if it were a little thicker!

Helpful hint: to distinguish the cable-lock key from the rack key, I used a white paint pen to mark them. I recommend this.

It is heavy but durable.

Saris gave me great service on the phone helping me to make them all (5 cable locks) all keyed the same. I also have the Saris bike rack which works perfectly holding two 60lb Ebikes with stability and security.

It secures my bike, it's easy to use and is easy to wrap in a coil to bring with me and use along my ride.
