They are made in India. They are thick, durable and heavyweight. They held up to be washed in the washing machine on cold without any fraying. I have washed them several times and there still is no fraying.

I needed some placemats for my wood dining table but I wanted ones that had a modern farmhouse style that weren’t stiff and are machine washable because of my messy kids. These placemats are cotton with a cute fringe and I can wash them on cold. I like the off white color and black design too, super cute to compliment the rest of my house decor.

They are very soft, I like the fringe very much, and they are made in India!! These placemats are very easy to care for. They wash easily in a regular cycle (100% cotton), cold water per directions. I dried them on a low heat setting, and they look great... no wrinkles. I'm happy to have placemats that I don't have to iron!!

They are so expensive looking it was a great addition to my renovation. If you are looking for a great addition to your table or snack area these mats are great.

They touch each other when laid out on the table. I do like the pattern on them, and they are well-made and thick: high-quality.
