8 of the 36 were black. I bought this for more colors. Otherwise a decent variety of colors and shades. Could have had a couple more purple or lavander. Only came with 1. Feels nice, holds my thin hair and doesn't feel too heavy. Would give 5 stars if less black.

These are the standard waffle scunci; dress up or dress down. You also get a *huge* variety of colors, so you can combine many color variations based on what you are wearing. Absolutely love this value. Thank you Target for carrying this large bag of Scunci's. Over time, it is easy to lose hair ties -- in the car, in the laundry, etc. If you have to have your hair pulled back for work, you need an affordable way to buy these. If you had to buy this (36 pack) in the normal packages, you'd be paying over $36. So, this pack of 36 gives you so much, and so many color options that you can't go wrong. I also comes with extra black ties, in almost every color of the rainbow.

Cute but for my thick long hair they seem to struggle a little. They work wonderfully for my children though. They don’t get stuck like some traditional hair ties which is a great plus. Great price as well.

Great price on these small scrunchies. Perfect for fine to regular hair. I do wish that there was less repeat colors in this set though. You get 16 single colors, 2 aqua, 2 brown, 2 gray, 2 olive, 2 slate blue, 2 burgundy, 2 peach, 2 cream, and 4 black.
