This is the best gluten free bread crumbs I’ve found. They actually stick to the chicken I made. I like other products Schar makes and this one will not disappoint. Great product

These bread crumbs make going gluten free enjoyable! I am also happy that there is no potato flour or starch in them since I cannot have nightshades as well.

I have tried other brands but this is by far the best products for breading chicken and fish when I pan fry them. I have been using it for a long time.

We love these bread crumbs. They do not overpower the taste of the food, but enhance the flavor at the same time. It made such a difference on our baked fish and chicken, that my husband always asks if I used the Schar bread crumbs! I add some parsley and grated Parmesan to them and the result is very tasty.
