I had the previous Schwinn model 270, which I used almost every day for 5 years. I simply wore it out. I replaced the bike with your newer 290 and was somewhat disappointed that many of the features of the 270 were not included in the 290. Not a big issue. Simply disappointing.

I use the recumbent bike 3 days a week and will increase usage gradually. I chose this one because I was sedentary. I have it in front of a tv and it motivated me to do more. I am excited now to get in shape.

The bike arrived damaged, it has never worked. I called customer service and was told I needed a new motor and luckily, the equipment was under warranty. I told them the equipment was NEW. The repair parts took several weeks to arrive because Schwinn was undergoing inventory and was unable to ship during their busy weeks. The parts finally arrived and the repair company said they are extremely busy with repairs and would call when they had an opening. It's been 45 days since paying for and receiving the bike. Schwinn has been called many times and they keep giving me the runaround, they are very busy at this time and will get back to me within 10 days.

My unit came defective

My unit came defective, I haven't been able to use it. it has been a month and the issue has not yet been resolved. They are ordering parts and a technician for Arizona. I ask them to send the Arizona technician with a new unit and take the defective unit away. my answer was I could send it back like anyone else that wanted to return their unit. I believe that it is unfair to me that I should pay restocking and whatever is by the pound. When I ordered I didn't ask for a defective unit, Yet we are the ones who have be put out with no usage and not a fair replacement... Just not right !!

bike does not have resistance function. It arrived defective. Can not get parts for weeks as the parts dept is closed. Disappointing to not be able to use new bike. Customer service is friendly but says it will be at least 3 weeks to correct the problem.

Really nice product. More than meets the need. Able to get a really good aerobic workout on it with just a simple manual program. My son said it was easy to set up. The padded seat makes it more comfortable than the recumbent bikes at the gym. I was surprised how quiet and smooth it was. Very pleased with this purchase. Would definitely recommend this product.

I like the exercise bike and the variation of resistance levels but it does not make sense that the speed shown correlates to magnitude of resistance. The higher the resistance the higher the speed shown even though the rpm's input is lower. Because of this I do not know if the calories burnt are correct but thy are semi near what is shown on my Apple Watch. I would like to have my watch heart rate shown on the bike but I refuse to sign up for a trial program which I won't use and requires that I provide a credit card

This was a piece of junk. After having two people come out to repair it and sending multiple parts it still did not work. You ou cannot move the lever to adjust the seat. One of the techs advised me not to use it because he was afraid it would break my wrist. They finally refunded to us.

I have a bad back and could no longer ride my conventional stationary bike. My legs were starting to lose muscle so I bought this and it is great! I have no issues where my back is concerned. My legs have almost caught up to where I was before. Best purchase I have made in years.

Amazed at how quiet this bike is. Also the Bluetoooth seamlessly connects with my heart rate monitor. Very pleased with how easy it is to use. Only thing I would add to it would be some type of hash marks or other markings on the piece that the seat sits on. My wife and I both use it and have different length legs, so the seat frequently needs to be adjusted. We've had to paint small lines on the seat support so we can quickly know how to position the seat. #sweepstakes

I have had this bike since December 10 and it has not worked since the day I have purchased it. I am currently dealing with the manufacturer which state they are sending me parts to replace on a brand new bike instead of replacing the bike, needless to say, I am a completely unsatisfied customer. I would hope someone from corporate would reach back to me after reading these comments.

All in all, I like the price, BUT I asked for an extension on my warranty which I was willing to pay for and was told No. (even though 1-3 years is offered online and it stated you can call after you receive and get an extension). For this reason only, I wouldn't recommend.

Pedals are too high for short legs of my wife at 5"1"". Her knees hit front handlebar when seat is Moved forward….please advise!! Otherwise it is a very well constructed and worthwhile purchase. Assembly procedures need to be made more user friendly.
