Q: what does the warranty cover ? my bike broke after four months of use , it makes a horrible noise, I sent a video to costumer service and they think it's the flywheel, which happens not to b covere
A: The SB120 Manufacturer's Warranty includes 1 year of coverage on the frame and 90 days of coverage for parts.

Q: I have faux wood floors. Would I need to place a mat under the bike?
A: We recommend utilizing a floor mat beneath your equipment to reduce noise and dampen vibration, as well as prevent any floor damage from occurring.

Q: The front handlebars look like they could be too high for someone 5"1' can they be lowered?

Q: What is the width of the seat handles, outer side of one handle to outer side of the other at widest point? From the pics it appears the seat handles are wider than the 24.8" shown as the width.
A: The width between the lower handlebars is 24.8".

Q: Can you back pedal with this bike? Pretty sure I broke my last bike by riding the pedals backwards.
A: We do not recommend pedaling backwards with this bike. The resistance is engaged while pedaling forwards.

Q: Can the seat be lowered closer to the floor?
A: The seat can be adjusted forwards or backwards horizontally on the angled sliding seat post. Moving the seat forward does move the seat slightly closer to the ground, while moving it backwards follows the angle of the post and is higher off of the ground. The seat does not move up/down vertically.
