Schwinn Adult Marshall 27.5" Step-Over Hybrid Electric Bike

I am enjoying this bike a lot more than I thought it would! It has an attractive sleek design and color (blue). The additional bottom frame light sets it apart from the look of other bikes at night and really helps alert drivers of your presence on the road. It was easy to put together and is very durable. It is on the heavy side though, likely from the battery. My only complaint is that I wish the taillight was wired like the headlight is. Still works great though, just another step when starting a ride by manually turn into it on and easily forgetting to turn it off post ride.

It's the greatest bike I've ever owned. I only wish the battery life was more around 40 miles instead of about 20. It's STILL phenomenal.

Great bike. Ride it to work each week. I built my own ebike and the ride on the Marshall 27.5 has twice the stability of my home made ebike. My wife loves the ride.

It was great but now even better with the extended range optional 720ws 20AH battery that has an 80 bile range.

Love it. I live in a hilly part of the city and it helps to climb those hills.

Wow. What can I say?! This bike is absolutely incredible! I have literally rode this bike every single day since I have had it (except for the rainy days). The packaging was excellent which means a lot. You definitely want your item packaged well so there is no damage. The instructions were super clear and easy to read. It was easy to put together. All in all, it took me about a half hour to put everything together. This bike even comes with keys! I love how I can adjust how fast or slow I can go. The speed and safety of this bike is amazing. I feel safe while driving it and I love the features it has. It is so simple to charge and the charge lasts a while as well. I can’t say enough great things about this bike. I plan on continuing to ride it daily. The amount of people that have asked me about this bike while I’m out and about is insane. They get so interested in it and want to know where they can buy one too! It is so worth it and I highly recommend this bike to everyone! I absolutely love it!!

The SCHWINN "MARSHALL" HYBRID ELECTRIC BIKE is an excellent facilitator for performing any cycling based exercise routine, or just enjoying an easy cycling trip. To start with, the bike itself is very well made, with an excellent fit and finish. The bike is equipped with both front and rear hand operated disc brakes. The handlebars, In addition to sporting the brake levers, also provides for operation of the twist grip gear selection and the trip computer and electric assist controls. The trip computer displays rider trip information and allows for turning on the lights and selecting the various electric assist modes and levels. The MARSHALL electric bike has seven (7) selectable gears (7 speed) all of which can be used regardless of electric assist selection. The bike comes with lights for night riding and safety. The front light and chassis accent light, selectable from the controller, are powered by the main rechargeable battery. The tail light however, requires its own batteries. The seat and handlebars are adjustable, although the handlebar adjustment is limited. The seat is a typical bicycle seat, fully adjustable although some what hard on any but the smoothest roads. The bike has an excellent kickstand and supports the bike (heavier than your standard non electric bike) well even on soft ground. What makes this bike so versatile, is it's electric assist. The bike has five assist levels plus off and manual control of the motor. Regardless of your current fitness level, one of the five levels should allow one to reap the benefits of bike riding. I found that level one (1) was adequate for most flat terrain while level two or three was sufficient for small hills. Levels four and five were best suited for hillier terrain or for just providing a you rest or to go easy on your knees. One note here: The electric assist engages "kicks in" as soon as you start to pedal. This can be quite unsettling when maneuvering or turning at vey slow speeds or in tight quarters. I found it best to just deselect or turn off the assist in those situations. The battery charger seems to work well and simply plugs into any AC outlet and the mini jack on the bike. The electric motor is quiet and powerful enough to propel the bike over 20 mph on flat terrain unassisted and over 30 with pedal assist. The bike comes with minor assembly required, which most people with any mechanical skills can easily perform. the wheels and seats are attached with quick release levers and the pedals just screw in. Only the fine tuning or adjustments require any bicycle knowledge. However, they are all covered in the manual as well as general explanations and advice. This model does not come with mirrors or a horn, which would be nice for street riding, but other models do along with more sophisticated trip computers. Overall, for someone who would like to start a cycling routine. but is leery of overdoing, this bike is perfect and should allow them to go and enjoy riding and not injure themselves.

Awesome bike here! Set up/assembly not bad. You can get up to 35 miles before having to recharge. No worries charge cable is included. There is pedal assist which accelerates up to 20mph or you can choose different levels of assistance with the throttle without using the pedals to move up to 20mph. Theres a head and tail light that helps you see in low light and that you can be seen by others. The battery has LED lights. I tested it out by using the pedals like a regular bike, then tried the throttle and I must say I was shocked. I would also add that it saves on gas for your car as you may use your bike for local errands. Its also pretty light for carrying. I really like it!

First of all the bike looks amazing! The color and the styling are great. Assembly was simple, but the directions could have been a bit better. The only downsides are that the rear tail light is battery powered vs. integrated like the front light and the battery lights and that the cable stretched a bit on the shifter upon the first ride so that it was difficult to get to the lowest gear. Neither of these are deal breakers and the shifter can easily be adjusted. Overall the quality of the bike seems good and I"m looking forward to many more rides.

I was really excited to try an electric bike since I am not very strong and have trouble biking more than a few blocks! I received this and it’s good quality but the panel was completely broken so I was unable to try to electric features

I cannot say enough good things about this electric bike. I was a little hesitant about an electric bike because I am not a super confidant bike rider. I was surprised how easy it was and how safe I feel on it. The bike takes little to no effort to ride, if you choose. It has several speeds so I can go as slow or fast as I’m comfortable with. My 20 year old son jumps on this bike every chance he gets. My mom, who is 65, is now wanting one since seeing mine. The bike is larger than I expected. The tires are big and help with stability. If you are on the fence, do it!

I will start with the positive. This bike is one of the best built bikes I myself seen in awhile, Once assembled, this bike is easy to charge and easy to operate (you will need some time to get used to the way it moves and operates) and quite fun to ride. Now the negative. My husband put this together as it of course cannot come fully assembled though I felt a great percentage of it was put together already. There was no axle grease, the kickstand is very weak and in no way would I trust it to hold up this bike, and the bike came with a headlight but no way to attach it and no instructions for it. Overall I say get it together and you will be very pleased. Super fun and you feel very safe and secure on it.

This bike has absolutely exceed my expectations in every way. This bike is not only stunning to look at but, it is an absolute dream to ride. I've been able to cut down my driving and started riding my bike all around town. It cuts down on gas and it is so liberating to feel the wind in your hair going 25 mph. This bike has pedal assist, regular pedal with out the battery and then it has full throttle abilities where the pedals do not even move you literally can rest your feet on the pedals and just do the throttleup to 23 mph. You can go around 30 miles before charging if you are heavy on the throttle use. Personally i tend to use pedal assit the most because, it makes pedaling effortless, you glide smoothly and so quick while getting a workout in as well. The throttle isn't the best going up a steep hill but, pedal assist and you will zip up that hill effortlessly. This bike is everything I could want and more, I am so glad I've been able to use my car less and do all my close in town errands on my bike! I believe everyone needs one of these, you will not be disappointed at all!

This Marshall Hybrid electric bike by Schwinn is absolutely amazing! I was relieved with how simple it was to assemble this bike; it took me less than an hour to complete. The included directions were extremely helpful and detailed. Once together, I was so impressed with the quality of this bike. Everything appears extremely well made and durable. Once the battery was charged, I couldn’t wait to try out my new bike! For my first ride we went out on a local bike trail. Before riding, I read over the manual so I would be comfortable with how to operate the bike. This is the first bike I have owned that was electric. After getting familiar with the bike, it was very easy to operate. This bike is absolutely incredible! At first, I used the bike as a regular bike peddling with no assist. The ride was super smooth. Switching between the 7-speed twist gears while riding was easy and the brakes work great. I then used the throttle and I was so impressed with its power! This bike can go! You can choose from different levels of assistance. If you don’t want to pedal or need some assistance, you simply use the throttle and you can go up to 20 MPH. Getting up hills is now a breeze with my new bike! I rode over 30 miles and I still had almost a half of my battery left. The manual says you get about 35 miles out of one charge. This bike is lightweight which is great for transporting it to my next adventure. The bike frame is a nice blue color, which I like as it is gender neutral. I am 5’9 and this bike is perfect for my height. The seat is very comfortable, it is nice and padded. The handlebars are easy to adjust to fit your needs. Charging the battery is simple; you just plug it in with the included battery charger. The display screen on the handlebar will tell you when the charging process is complete; it usually takes a few hours. The screen also displays how fast you are going and your average speed. This bike has headlights and battery operated taillights which is great for nighttime rides. There are also LED lights on the battery which shine night and bright. Since getting this bike, I have been out on numerous rides and I am still in awe of this bike. I get so many compliments on my new ride! This bike has so many great features to ensure you always have the best ride. I think Schwinn thought of everything when designing this bike! If you are looking for a bike that has it all, I definitely recommend this one by Schwinn!

The Schwinn marshall hybrid electric bike is absolutely amazing. It's great quality, sleek and smooth, and is an easy way to get both adults and kids out of the house and active again! Not only does it look like something from the future but the option to use the throttle or get a boost while pedaling put this bike amongst the coolest things on earth! It's a super smooth ride and it can quickly reach upwards of 20 mph with little to no effort. The battery is nice as well, it charges in 2 hours and last all day, unless riding uphill using only the throttle for several hours straight. Schwinn out did themselves with this bike, there's plenty of options and upgrades of you want to make the world's best bike even better! I would highly recommend checking out this electric bike! It does not disappoint. Way to go Schwinn, best bike of all time!
