A: Hello - Thank you for asking! We have designed these to fit on all of our currently available wands. Our new design is intended to provide direct soap flow with our Dishwands. When finished using the dishwands, we recommend that they be stored upright. When using our New Advance Soap Control Dishwands, controlled amounts of soap will flow directly to your dishes when the button on the wand is pressed. Once finished, the Advanced Soap Control Dishwand can be stored in any positioning without leaking. I used to really enjoy using this product, although the las couple of replacements the glue between the sponge and adapter have come apart. the last one came apart on the first dish I washed. Very disappointed. hope the go back to the old glueing system soon.

My family has been using the non-scratch pad refills for years, but something has changed in the product recently. Of the last six pads we've used, the sponge has separated from the plastic on five of them after only two uses. I don't know if the adhesive was changed recently, but this failure rate is completely unacceptable.

I used to purchase these and loved them. The last few packs I have bought were junk! The adhesive is no longer strong and must've been changed because it does not hold the sponge to the base it's attached to. I thought it was a dud pack but every pack purchased has had this problem.

Used to be great when they first fixed the issue of the whole causing too much soap to leak. But now the quality has tanked! They fall apart in a month which is a waste. I'm all for using recycled materials if the product still works.

I am not sure what changed in the process, but more often than not the foam falls off and is usable. I have been through dozens now. Glue binding foam to the wand has gone down hill

The replacement heads are absolutely terrible. It’s clear the product designers didn’t even test the product before shipping it to stores. The sponge is supposed to stick to a “Velcro” like surface but the second it gets wet it falls off. What a waste of money. We’ll be switching to a different brand after using this one for years.

We have used these for years. Several months ago, I was having a hard time finding the wand. Had to go to several stores until I found them, and figured I'd better buy some refills while I was there. Now the soap leaks out in no time. I'll fill the wand halfway with soap and a day later it is almost empty. This never used to happen. Why did they change the design?
