I’ve used scotchguard for years to protect furniture, bags and shoes. ** I highly recommend NOT spraying furniture inside your house.** Common sense dictates that you don’t want overspray on any other surfaces. When I’ve sprayed my couch, I remove the cushions and spray them outside. I take chairs outside to spray. I also use a towel or old sheet underneath whatever I’m spraying. Yes it has a smell because it’s a chemical. The smell goes away eventually. This stuff works and it’s worth the trouble to me.

This stuff smells awful and honestly feels like a chocking hazard when sprayed. I sprayed this all over my couches and had to go to a different part of my home because of the strong fumes. I made sure to cover my mouth and nose when spraying but that still wasn’t enough, I had a slight headache and felt nauseous afterwards. I honestly don’t care if this product works or not, I will never buy this again!

Came without the spray top. It’s a useless bottle of scotch guard. If I try and “report an issue” it says I can’t select it for an issue because “cannot be returned”. What if I want my money back or a new card be sent and not return? Not super helpful
