TP seems coarser and clogged the toilet. Scott has definitely changed something. We buy because it is supposed to be septic-safe. Does not say on the packaging any more that it is septic safe.

I just sent a lengthy email about the problems we are experiencing. Sounds as though you have changed the recipe for Scott 1000. We have also used Scott 1000 for more than 25 years. Please confirm there has been a change. Besides feeling much more coarse, it is clogging one of our toilets. Major concern and very disappointing!

May I please have a box or bag to have my tissue shipped in, please? The tissue (and my paper towels too), arrived with the label just taped on to the thin tissue bag itself. Needless to say, the tissue rolls got VERY dirty in transit. Disgusting. I am absolutely not going to use this. I understand that shipping prices have gone up, and so a box may be expensive, but can we at least ship in a proper shipping bag?
