A: I have been using these for years (since they came out) and while they do help keep your toilet bowl clean and smelling fresh, I do not notice that they have ever made the inside of the tank cleaner.

A: I am an empty nester as well and I have 3 bathrooms. I have found that if one of the toilets goes unused for a period of time you could notice a blue ring around edge of the toilet bowl water. It is not a permanent stain though, at least as long as you also use the Scrubbing Bubbles bowl cleaning gel (I can’t say how well other brands of toilet bowl cleaners will work on removing the stain) I was able to remove the stain that way. (Honestly, the bubbly bleach toilet bowl cleaner is the absolute best cleaner I have ever used!! Even better than Zep!!) Scubbing Bubbles is the only brand I use in my bathroom for everything! (Other than the mirrors and windows)
