Q: Do these work with Xbox Series X/S? Or do you have to buy the other expansion cards that are for the Xbox Series X/S for playing ganes stored in an external storage?

Both the Xbox Series X and S support external USB drives. However, unlike previous Xbox consoles that allowed you to play those games from the external USB drive, you will not be able to play games optimized for Series X|S consoles from the USB drives. The Seagate portable expansion works perfectly and I can rest assured that my documents are safe. This expansion is easy to set up and use and has plenty of storage space. Cloud isn't always useful, and adding HD space to a laptop/macbook gets $$$$. This is perfect. Nice and portable, fast read/write, and lots of storage.

I use my computer mostly for school work as I finish my Masters degree. This product was easy to connect to my laptop, easy to use and is extremely helpful in making sure my valuable assignments, photos, and presentations are safely backed up. I had thousands upon thousands of pictures and files on an old computer and I was able to transfer all of them on here and at a fast rate too! Love that I can take it anywhere too in case I need to transfer files. This holds so much on it. Also, so helpful that it comes with the Rescue Data Recovery Services for a peace of mind. This product is so worth the price because it holds so much and is so easy to use.

Does not require a power cord, does not have fans or anything like some portable "desktop" units have. Great for keeping in your briefcase to have your backup handy at all times. As an architect, having some of the larger files that arent backed up on a cloud somewhere (building models, etc.) close at hand at all times is extremely useful. USB 3 also transfers/backs up fairly quickly as well, so that makes it convenient.

It's super easy to use as someone who isn't that well versed in computers and set up, and takes up very little space. Just need to plug into my computer (I have a PC) and power, and viola, it's ready. I saw that this can be used well with gaming systems but I'm just using it for extra storage for my computer as I deal with a lot of large files for work. Really great so far, and with the size of the storage, hopeful that this will be the only external drive I need for many years!

I love that the HD is small and sleek. The texture is really cool so I don't have to worry about it messing up the aesthetics of my desk. It's also small enough I can just fit it in my pocket when I am on the go.

I was constantly having to delete games to add new ones and now I have plenty of space. Set up was a breeze and the device works perectly. I plugged it in and it worked right away , I was able to play games on the HDD without any lag or disconnection . This device is much smaller than i had expected which is great because it takes up barley any space on my console table . I really love this product ! This was my first experience with the brand Seagate and I'm impressed. Just plug it in and you're ready to go
