Segway scooter is an excellent options for adults and kids. My family uses it routinely. It’s safe with features to assist with safety such as head light, turn signals and breaks. It also provides different speed levels for specific riders. Overall the Segway scooter has been fantastic and worth the purchase.

I’ve had the scooter for about a month now, been riding it almost everyday to school. It’s been working great for me! Nice speed and range, but also not too heavy to carry around. The ride is always smooth, love the Apple Find My function as well. Overall I think it definitely worth the price. It’s a great entry level scooter for easy daily commute.

I purchased this Segway for daily commuting to/from house to train to office. It's an incredibly smooth and sturdy ride! The ergonomics are great and it goes the "right speed" enough power to make it efficient while totally feeling safe and in control. The best part is it makes the commute enjoyable!

Christmas gift for my daughter from her grandfather. Battery went out after only 4 months. SEGWAY "customer service" gave us nothing but excuses and hassles for past month and won't honor the warranty. I'm not one to ever write reviews good or bad, but if I can get just one person to not buy this scooter, this will make me feel better about my wasted time and disappointed little girl. DONT BUY THIS SCOOTER. But any other brand. Segway doesn't stand behind their product!

I used to ride C15 which is a more entry-level model. But E2 Pro comes with more smart features such as app connectivity, LED displays, and customizable riding modes. And the price is good!!!

Pros: - Speed and Range: The Segway E2 Pro exceeded my expectations in terms of speed and range. With a top speed of 15.5 mph, I've gone now over 20 miles and still no need to charge it! I have been using it to ride to town and to work. Love the convenience. - Comfort: The ride quality of the E2 Pro is exceptional. The tires absorb shocks well, providing a smooth and comfortable ride. Our roads in town aren’t great and the E2 Pro has delivered a smooth ride that I am comfortable riding along with my kids. - Build Quality / Safety: Segway has done a fantastic job with the build quality of the E2 Pro. It feels sturdy and well-built, giving me confidence in its durability. Plus it has extra lights underneath for visibility, and also traction control on those rainy days. - Portability: Despite its solid construction, the E2 Pro is surprisingly portable. It's lightweight and foldable, making it easy to carry or store when not in use. Easily fits in my trunk or I can fold it up and take it with me on the train. Cons: - I can't wipe the smile off of my face and the kids when riding it. I’ve been riding it to work and a bunch of my co-workers tried it and loved it too. Overall Impression: I've been thoroughly impressed with the Segway E2 Pro. It delivers on both performance and comfort, making it a joy to ride. Though this is an entry-level scooter, I am truly blown away by how well built the E2 Pro is! I took it on an 8 mile round-trip to run some errands and encounted rough roads and A LOT of steep hills. Without any suspension, I was surpised by how well the scooter handled bumps with minimal shock transfering through the handlebars, and also very little noise as well. Hills were also no issue. As a 180lb. rider, this scooter took me straight up some properly steep hills without a sweat (I should also mention that I was not even in the most powerful mode). Mentioning the handlebars, they are also a highlight. They are quite wide which helps with stabilty compared to the other few scooters I have ridden. This allows you to ride one handed, if needed, without having to worry much at all. Important to note is the inclusion of built in turn signals on the front and back of the handlebars! Overall, I am incredibly happy with the E2 Pro and recommend it to anyone looking to dip their toe into e-scooters. 8 mile ride: Started with 94% battery and ended at 41%. Realtively hilly on both my trip out and on the way back. Used the 2nd mode (D) out of the three available (Eco, Drive, Sport).
