Directions adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush, brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing, children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.Other information

Packaging is great to ensure no damage to the product. It’s a bit expensive but worth it. It doesn’t leave a weird taste in your mouth after using the product.

I hold the Gum pack near an open window with sunlight streaming in for a fresh and Airy Feel. Ingredients and Taste are very good. Very Effective and value for a money it is not very pricey easy to use and very easy to purchase it from the store.

I used Sensodyne toothpaste consistently for a while, and it genuinely helped with my tooth sensitivity. While I was using it, things like cold drinks and sweet foods didn’t bother me as much. The relief wasn’t instant, but after a few days of regular use, I definitely noticed a difference. It has a mild taste, foams well, and left my mouth feeling clean. I stopped using it at one point and the sensitivity started creeping back, so it really does make a difference when used daily. If you deal with sensitive teeth, it’s definitely worth trying

Excellent paste for sensitive teeth and gums. After just a few days, I noticed that the sensitivity had decreased and my gums were less irritated. The taste is pleasant, it freshens the breath, foams well and does not cause discomfort. A little more expensive than regular pastes, but the effect is worth it. I recommend it!

I don’t use this toothpaste all the time but when my teeth are being sensitive I do and it works great. I use it off and on depending on how my teeth are feeling. It is a little pricier than regular toothpaste but so worth it when your teeth are hurting.
