Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.Children Under 12 Years of Age

A: Flavors are complex blends of several ingredients (essential oils, natural and/or artificial flavors). I don’t use this toothpaste all the time but when my teeth are being sensitive I do and it works great. I use it off and on depending on how my teeth are feeling. It is a little pricier than regular toothpaste but so worth it when your teeth are hurting.

I’ve been using this Sensodyne toothpaste for a few weeks, and it really made a difference in reducing my gum sensitivity. The taste is mild and pleasant, and it doesn’t have that overpowering minty burn some toothpastes do. I also like the texture, it foams just enough. It feels gentle but effective. I used Colgate cream before but my gums are very sensitive and every time I brushed I bled My dentist recommended that I use the sensodyne brand crean. I have improved a lot in terms of my gum, the cream has a pleasant taste.
