Q: Do these chairs come fully assembled? Are the seat cushions removable if I wanted to cover them in a different fabric?

Two of the chairs had issues. First, there were not enough screws in the order, which worked because second, one of the seats did not have the holes drilled out for the screws. Packaging was also damaged.
