These placements are so nice & their multi color theme of brown, tan, black & white makes them coordinate with pretty much any decor. They easily wipe clean & were on sale which makes them even better. So happy with my purchase.

The shape and texture makes them super decorative, and we were surprised to find that they're also easy to clean and super durable! Our excessively playful cat got to one after a fun floor picnic in the living room, and we rolled with it and let him play with it for a few weeks. No joke, after rinsing and letting it air dry flat, we cannot tell the difference between the the non-abused mats and one he pawed, pounced, and bit at for a full month! It still looked like new! The mats are thin, but hold their own and lie flat under their own weight. They are spacious without taking over the whole table. Cleaning them was easier than I expected, and typically didn't involve more than a spot rinse, however they do need to air dry flat. As for the brown coloring, the threading that gives structure to the mats looks similar to clear fishing wire. This makes no difference in low lighting, but in brightly lit areas or outside, those threads catch the light and give the whole thing a white/silvery cast. This ends up muting the brown a bit, so keep that in mind if you're color matching. I highly recommend these! Super decorative, yet durable enough for everyday use and abuse!

They are not very thin, and so they protect my table surface from a hot bowl or plate quite well. One part I would have preferred is if they stick to glass more firmly.

They're well made and very durable, great quality, 100% woven polypropylene material is flexible and easy to clean. They are a nice quality and the perfect size and shape for any table.
