Great detergent overall for sensitive skin and “cleaner” ingredients. However just like other reviewers have mentioned, the cap is a big no. I’ve gotten to the point where I stopped using the cap and just pour the thing in and eyeball because it’s pointless to even try getting the cap off.

Caused itchy rash in kids

We have been using this for years, but they have changed the formula and now both of kids are super itchy all over. It’s definitely the detergent. It’s awful. Also the cap is not marked or it’s impossible to find the dosing line. I don’t recommend this anymore.

I have been using this for over four years and LOVE it! It cleans my clothes and linens very well without fragrances and harsh chemicals. The packaging is a plastic bottle, but easily recyclable. I have very sensitive skin and this laundry soap works like a dream! I will continue to repurchase!

Why do companies keep adding more fragrance I don't understand ?! I'm forced to try something else because the scent was really mild before but they added way too much now, so now I can longer use this.

This detergent has stained our clothes with blue spots and does not come out (like bleach stains. We tried everything to make sure our washer machine did not have build up and nothing with our machine (it is also less than 2 yrs old). We did other loads with another detergent and no issues. We cannot get the stains out from this detergent.

I bought the Easy Dose Free & Clear. I love the lightness of the product as I have to go down to a laundry room as I live in an apartment. I tried refilling it with the large container and it was not operable. I’m wondering if I did something wrong? Is it refillable? It should be if it is not.

I have the citrus scent liquid detergent, and the directions say to use the measurement lines in the cap to add the detergent to the wash.. Great .. but there are either no lines, or they’re virtually impossible to see . I’ve seen reviews dating back years about this problem with the measuring cap, and apparently 7th Generation has never corrected it.. So the attention to detail by the design team, is out to lunch.. So now every time I need to wash, I have to either use a flashlight to see any numbers/ lines that might be there.
