Near impossible to read dosage markers on cap. Okay to even worse to get the liquid off your hands. No more for me.

I have been using this for over four years and LOVE it! It cleans my clothes and linens very well without fragrances and harsh chemicals. The packaging is a plastic bottle, but easily recyclable. I have very sensitive skin and this laundry soap works like a dream! I will continue to repurchase!

This detergent smells amazing. My two kids have very sensitive skin and have not had any issues with this detergent. I love having a little scent after the laundry is done, and have searched many different brands. Seventh generation is the only one that did not break out my children!

Why do companies keep adding more fragrance I don't understand ?! I'm forced to try something else because the scent was really mild before but they added way too much now, so now I can longer use this.

I bought the Easy Dose Free & Clear. I love the lightness of the product as I have to go down to a laundry room as I live in an apartment. I tried refilling it with the large container and it was not operable. I’m wondering if I did something wrong? Is it refillable? It should be if it is not.

I have the citrus scent liquid detergent, and the directions say to use the measurement lines in the cap to add the detergent to the wash.. Great .. but there are either no lines, or they’re virtually impossible to see . I’ve seen reviews dating back years about this problem with the measuring cap, and apparently 7th Generation has never corrected it.. So the attention to detail by the design team, is out to lunch.. So now every time I need to wash, I have to either use a flashlight to see any numbers/ lines that might be there.

The detergent itself is great, however, I cannot explain how terrible the cap on this product is. It makes a horrible mess and you cannot see the measurements inside the cap. It’s so bad I actually transfer the Seventh Generation detergent into an empty Tide bottle.

I've used Seventh Generation Laundry Soap & Fabric Softener for a few years now. Love that it's great for the environment and cleans well too. I just wish I hadn't been spoiled by the stronger & longer lasting scent of harsher products. If only 7thGen scents were stronger but I guess the sacrifice is worth the greater good!

Bottle used to be 100 oz for the same price now the company made it 90 oz. Do not buy from these companies that are undermining your intelligence so they can fill their pockets.

I made a complete change to seventh generation when I found out that they use much cleaner ingredients than other brands. I thought I’d be compromising but I’m not, it gets the clothes clean and equally fresh.

The last two bottles the caps have been even worse. Instead of just dripping down the side as I try to finish my pour, soap spills out from the side of the cap in addition to the spout as soon as I tip the bottle. Please do something to fix this.

Cap doesn’t measure as instructions require. Nobody proofread before producing the product, which makes you wonder what else slipped through the cracks. Are the ingredients as they say? Who knows..
