I'm a guy, and I've used this product for years before blowing out my curly hair. The way I use it might not be as it was intended. But it's fantastic to get my crazy curls straight or big and wavy.

While I appreciated the smooth texture, pleasant scent, and the shine it added to my hair, it just wasn’t strong enough to provide the hold I needed for my African American hair. It might work well for lighter styles or different hair textures, but for me, it didn’t deliver the level of control I was hoping for. Not a bad product overall—it just wasn’t the right fit for my needs.

It doesn’t have a smell , which I would of loved that it had a good smell. I would say it doesn’t work if your hair is wet is hard to work with, you hair has to be dry for it to work good but it leaves a white cast which I don’t like! Other than that was ok not my favorite

I tried various time but could not get a smooth finish. I think it would work on loser hair types. Great packaging though, and I am interested in trying other products from the brand.

The packaging is ok, the lid keep popping open even after I have closed it shut so that may compromise the effectiveness of the balm idk. The balm itself holds really well. I use it on my baby hairs growing back post partum. Works very well

You can opt to spin open the or just flip it open; so if you need just a little, you can just flip up the top. If you need more, you can spin open the lid and grab as much as you need. This product offers some shine and texture to your style but what I love most about it is how well it holds without making my hair look like I have a lot of product in my hair. It doesn’t look crunchy or hard, but it still holds my hair in place. It works well on my flyaways on up-dos and ponytails, which is my favorite thing about this product.
