Good but it smells it makes my hair smell like mildew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is THICK! So hard to work with even to rub in my hands. The smells nice, but I really couldn’t make it work on my son’s hair. He has thick hair too and lots of it! It is truly matte.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this product. Me personally. I don't like it. First for me. Was the smell. It literally smells like a wax, and that's all I smelt. The entire time I used the product. Maneuverability. Thick!! Not easy to form in the hand and once applied if you didn't mix it well. It was hard to spread. My hair felt super greasy. I don't like that feeling. Not easy to wash out of the hair. I used my normal amount of shampoo that I would normally use when I use a similar product from Redken. Did not completely wash out the first time after every use. No I did not put it on thick. It's just that thick. I like that it wasn't shiny, but I personally will not use this product again.

It held my hair perfectly. The smell is kind of off but the packaging at least prevents that from spreading!

My husband uses hair putty every day so when this item became available to try, I wanted to get it for him. He will be doing the review today. The product is different than what I typically use. It’s a little thicker. It’s more like a wax than it is a putty, the putty I typically use is more pliable. The fragrance is much like a Crayola crayon. It doesn’t really have a scent other than like a waxy crayon smell. Using it, I found it doesn’t go as far as the putty that I typically use. I had to use a little more product and it was a little harder to distribute throughout my hair. The hold was good and kept my hair in place. I liked the way that it styled my hair and it held up throughout the whole day, and it easy to wash out. With all of this said, I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this product that my hair would stay in place all day, but I was concerned it would weigh my curls down. But it was the opposite my hair was fluffy, and some of the worst hair days I have had in years was trying to make this product work. And the texture is awful to work with. You are supposed to rub it between your fingers and the apply, which is a hassle between curl strands, but also the product does not spread over fingers. After applying to a section, if you have any hair that sheds, it gets stuck in the wax, and you have to really rub with soap and water to get this off your hands. Messy product and not worth the hassle to have a bad hair day.

It does have a little bit of a fragrance that goes away after about a half hour, but the product itself is great. Would definitely recommend it.

It doesnt have your typical hair styling scent either. Which I do enjoy. A little bit goes a long as well, maybe just because I have super thin hair. But very impressed all the way around. Definitely will purchase when this runs out.

It holds well without a greasy look. A little goes a long way and the product seems like it will last a long time. Overall a very good buy!
