The heater had a strong smell - yuck!

The heater had a very strong smell as soon as I took it out of the box. It's still not completely gone two weeks later. While the heater "works", in that it generates heat, it is very weak and doesn't even warm up my small bathroom. If you plan to stick the heater under your desk to keep your toes warm it might be okay for that, but otherwise, find another option.

Pretty good. It’s bigger than I thought it would be, which isn’t bad. I like that I can use it as a cooling fan, too.

In minutes the Rise tower heater brought my 200 square foot room to a cozy and relaxing temperature. I made sure to read through everything before my initial use. It's on a small nightstand and out of the reach of my animals and small children. It isn't an intense off putting heater like others that I have tried. Use directions are simple and there is virtually no setup. It's compact size allows me to move it easily as needed all throughout the house. Simple on and off function gives me peace of mind. Also works great in my garage during super cold days. Definitely recommend to those like me who don't want to run the whole house system!!

Once you get pass the new plastic smell this little space heater works , it heats a medium size bathroom (145 sq ft) , especially during cold winter days and it's 900 watts . I like the modern design, is really nice.

It has 3 settings & honestly all 3 settings feel the same. It's not a very hot air that comes out of it. It's more like a warm ish air. It does pull a decent amount of power.

This heater emits a loud sound once turned on and I find it quite noisy. It has a large knob with two heat settings and a fan mode. It is quite lightweight and portable. I can place this heater in any room in my home. It heats up my space pretty quickly, keeping me warm and cozy. It has great features which include tip over protection and auto shut-off system.

The tower is a little heavy but can fit perfectly in a little corner somewhere. It comes with two heat settings & a fan setting. For safety issues, it includes a 2 stage auto shut off system and a tip over protection. How perfect is that! It does heat up the room very quickly which is awesome. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace a vornado heater in my large bathroom. It has a nice design and does get warm. It takes a while to heat up and the heat isn't pushed out of the whole front, only the bottom half where the fan is. I personally think it's a design flaw that you expect it's going to push hot air out of the full 12 in height of the heater. Itndoes it's job, but slowly and not as large an area as expected.

The cool touch cabinet is nice and the overall look and color fits in anywhere. It has an automatic tip-over feature that works great and it will shut itself off the airflow is blocked. it does have a chemical smell when you use it the first time, the smell dissipates with use. It warms up fast and puts out decent heat with the powerful blower, it warms up what is in front of it, it will defiantly keep your toes or hands toasty! It is a bit noisy in all modes, a loud white noise. The Rise is a good choice if you need a small space heater.

It provides a good amount of heat for it's size and surprisingly strong airflow. It has two heat settings and a fan only mode, so you can adjust to whatever temperature you need at the time. I use it to heat up my bathroom to keep it warm during a bath. It has two heat temperatures and a no heat fan speed. It also has a safety shut off switch if it falls on it side. I recommend to buy.

I collect succulents and have so many that I had to set up a greenhouse in the garage to house the ones that won't fit in the house. Problem is, the garage isn't insulated and it gets too cold out there sometimes. I was hesitant about using space heaters, but this little one is perfect! It has a low setting, is cool to the touch, and has auto shutoff and tip over protection! So I don't have to worry about my babies freezing, or causing a fire! My husband also loves it because he can turn it on while he is working out in the garage and it heats it up nicely! I wasn't sure such a small heater could handle a room that size, but this thing packs a punch and is more than adequate! I love that it is so sleek looking and doesn't even really look like a heater. Definitely a modern upgrade for these handy appliances! Sharper Image really knows what they are doing in that department!
