[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Parmesan cheese by good and gather. It really tastes good and fresh and enhances pasta dishes. I mixed the shaved Parmesan with the shredded and put It on top of a veggie pasta dish for dinner. It was delicious. I would definetly buy and make this again I received an incentive to write this review.

This 5 ounce container is perfect to keep in your fridge for when you have an Italian night or any sort of Caesar salad. I love that it is also thicker in the consistency of it. I loved the flavor and the larger shaved pieces were perfect to top a pizza or add to a pasta dish. I would also use this to complement salads or put on top of roasted vegetables.
