Material is not waterproof. Rain comes through material and gets you soaked. The size of this umbrella is nice and is only good to block sun or light rain for short distances. Very disappointed with my purchase.

I like the size of it, but I happen to be standing still and felt a drop from underneath the umbrella hit my head. From one of the photos, you can see the straight bar has some drops of water on it. It must be leaking from the top of it.
Not just meant for golf

Sturdy and keeps you well covered. Has survived decent amount of winds, but it’s not extreme to tell if it will fold outwards or not. It worked well at Disneyland and Universal Studios.
Very nice umbrella!

The size of this is perfect for me and my partner to use together. For reference we're both average sized guys and it works great for us. My only real "complaint" about this is that I wish they were more like their smaller counterparts and had an auto close as well as the auto open feature. That's really my only issue.
Not the best against strong winds

My umbrella broke the same day I bought it. Granted it could’ve been the wind was too strong that day or just lousy manufacturing. I got my kids 2 umbrellas that day too and theirs are just fine. Mine was ripped to shreds

This is a quality umbrella, very sturdy! Held up well against wind. Easy to open. Could cover 2 people comfortably. Would definitely buy another one if there were other colors.

This is a must have if you live in a rainy place. I currently live in Florida and this Umbrella has save me many times. It is easy to open with the button and easy to close and put away. I love the string to be able to hang it.
A dud?

The locking mechanism to keep the umbrella closed broke so it always tries to pop up. Warranty says to ship it (at my cost) to them so they can fix it but it’s more expensive to ship a huge box to them than it is to buy a new one. We typically don’t use this large umbrella so it is a shame it broke so quickly. We have other shed rains in smaller sizes that still hold up well so I’m assuming this was a one-off dud.

Sturdy handle and automatic up button, two Velcro closures to wrap around the umbrella when it is not in use. Bought it in blue.

Just what my husband was looking for. Hopefully the wind does not blow it down in his golf push cart and breaks as what happened to the other brands he purchased.

It’s very large and the frame looks to be very steady. It also does fantastic for sun. Very little sun radiation makes it though the canopy and the breeze goes right through it. But the fabric they use to make the physical canopy from is not waterproof. Water seeps through the fabric and you still get dripped on. If you get this, I might suggest getting a fabric waterproofing spray if you want to continually use it in Florida. It rains every day here. Otherwise it’s good for light drizzles and sun protection. But not for real rain.
