The cup is solid, durable, and fits into the pouch in the compression shorts well. However, I ran into some slight fit issues as I may have claimed the incorrect size. The waistband fits perfectly but the leg openings are quite loose. That being said, the shorts are still very comfortable and hold everything in place. Still, I’d definitely recommend Shock Doctor as opposed to other options on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t choose size so to big of a fit. Protection 5/10 quality material. Comfort the cup in actual fitting short is 9/10. Breath ability for the cup was good the short to big so couldn’t tell. Durability it is not bad can with stand a lot.
