Shock doctor is not only my go to when needing sports stuff but I shop for my young children who are in sports as well, so im a fan of Shock Doctor!! 😁 I first noticed how lightweight this cup was. It literally weighs 1 gram. Super light and very thin, making it breathable when wearing it below clothes and sweating. The fit wasn't the best, I could absolutely go down to a medium. It wasn't very comfortable for me, I believe because I needed the next size down. I truly believe once I purchase the next size down it will fit more comfortably. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I have used this brand for a long time now and absolutely love Shock Doctor. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

We have a young female wrestler in my family and have been looking for something to help protect her when she is wrestling but most equipment we find is made for males and way too bulky for her. This is perfect! It is thin and very lightweight but fits to the female form so she doesn’t have a bulky bulge under her singlet. The inside is foam so it doesn’t hurt or chafe her while the outer side is a hard protective shell. Great for if she accidentally gets kneed in the pelvic region. Could see this being great for softball also! Very happy with it.
