Signature Bucatini 16oz - Good & Gather™

All of the signature pastas I've tried have been top notch. They cook up perfectly and hold their shape.

Decided to keep this for use for another time and I’m glad I did. I made a nice Creamy spinach bucatini with salmon and asparagus. It went very well and it was my first time using this type of pasta. Will definitely use again!!!

Maybe I got a bad batch. It says to boil for 10-12 minutes. I boiled for 11 minutes and a lot of my noodles split in half.

These were the perfect pasta for homemade carbonara. We loved them!

I was super excited to see that Target had bucatini. I much prefer the thicker pasta than regular spaghetti strands. I went looking through some of the reviews because I thought it was odd that it had such a weird rating but I cook the noodles in just boiling salted water till barely Al dente and then finished them up even longer in some meat sauce with some pasta water to thin it until it evaporated out to sticky pasta and I had no noodle splits. It's nice and thick and sauce clings to it well. They may have just gotten a bad run or something but it's definitely not like it with the one I just bought. Hopefully they will keep this in stock because I will always pick bucatini over spaghetti

the only reason for a poor review is because people want to avoid a run on this pasta. It's amazingly good. I've bought pasta in all price points and brands (fresh, dry, groumet etc.) and absolutely love this one. And not only this shape - the other pastas by G&G are amazing as well. THANK YOU for this product!!

I'm honestly not sure how anyone can give this pasta anything below 4 stars unless they got a defective batch? How are you cooking your pasta that this excellent pasta is splitting into two? You shouldn't simply follow the instructions and leave the pasta to boil while you are on tiktok. Taste the pasta along the way. If it's al dente before the recommended time, then TAKE IT OUT! Don't leave it and then complain that it's too cooked and falling apart. As for the pasta itself, I love this pasta. It may not be the best quality bucatini out there but it's pretty hard to find bucatini in your average grocery store. The bronze cut is really important to a good pasta dish and makes all the difference in something like cacio e pepe. Flavor is good, and the thickness is good. Everytime I make normal spaghetti noodles nowadays I regret it. They are way too thin and just have no bite.

I hate the pappadelle but this bucatini is very good. I paired it with meat ragu and it was great.

It was very good/good texture and easy to cook. Just test it to ensure it is done to your liking - I did not pay attention to how long it was in the boiling water.

Don’t let the price dissuade you from trying this pasta. Great tooth, ridges to hold sauce, perfect cook every time and a marvelous price. A step above other dry pasta

We love these! They are great with simple pasta sauce. Better even the next day.
