These were so good for a long time, but they redid the packaging and they must've reformulated the ingredients because these are gloppy & too chewy and they're too thick/gooey now. Also, I got less than the labeled 16 ounces (13 oz in actuality) I have a food scale Target please stop playing with me.

Absolutely LOVE!! I’ve already stocked up my pantry with this whole collection. The pasta is extremely high quality, texture and taste was exactly what I was looking for. I love using a fun noodle for a vegetarian dish and this pappardelle complimented my roasted red pepper sauce perfectly. Oh and the packaging is a plus!

Someone complained about bugs and parasites… it didn’t look the way… looks like herbs or something. And even if it was the bugs that you find in pasta you’re safe as long as pasta is cooked. Extra protein as they say. But anyway this was delicious! Great quality pasta.

I love these noodles! They are pretty thick and stayed firm. They held up really well for a few days after cooking and made for great leftovers. They have a good flavor and everyone loved them.
